Dmitrik V. V., Grinchenko Ye. D., Syrenko T. O. — HAZ overheating area structure of the welds from thermally stable pearlitic steel

The peculiarities of ferrite welding heating formation in the incomplete recrystallization section structure of the affected thermal zones of the welds from the thermostable pearlite steels were determined. These peculiarities allow to prevent this formation by means of structure modeling.

Tsumarev Yu. A. — Effect of the off-centric tension on the stress state of a butt joint

Considerable effect of the off-centric tension, conditioned by the convexity occurrence in the single-side butt welds, on the welded joint’s stress state causing formation of the secondary tensile stress in the weld root is established.
Key words: off-centric tension, butt welds, tensile stress, convexity

Negoda Ye. N., Dzyuba A. A. — Strength analysis of the strapped welded constructions

Welded structure limiting state is calculated on the base of structural-mechanical fracture model of the ferrite-pearlitic steels and finite element method.

Karzhavin V. V., Plaksina L. T., Potekhin B. A. — Investigation of the aluminium bronze layers' behaviour electroarc deposited onto steel

Properties, phase and chemical composition, structure of the metal built-up by electrodes developed on the thermodynamic analysis base are investigated at various thermal influences. Influence of the electrode coating thickness and conditions on the layers properties of the aluminium bronze electroarc deposition on steel is studied.

Bakhmatov P. V., Muraviov V. I., Melkostupov K. A. — Characteristic investigation of the high-duty aluminium alloy B95T2 friction welding with mixing

A possibility of friction welding with mixing for constructions from high-duty aluminium alloys is established by an example of the alloy B95. A modelling method of obtaining welded joint on a plasticine model is tested. Limiting temperature and its distribution character both in the model and in the operating tool at the aluminium alloy B95 are determined.

Isakayev E. Kh., Mordynsky V. B., Tyuftyayev A. S., Sinkevich O. A, Chinnov V. F. — Energy characteristic analysis of the plasmatron with divergent channel for the outlet electron

Results of the experimental and theoretical research are covered for the low-temperature plasma generator with divergent channel for the outlet electron. An experimental facility with segmented outlet electrode is designed. Current section distribution at different gas and current consumption rates are determined.

Bardin V. M., Borisov D. A. — Practicability and capability of creating of high frequency alternating-current welders

The article mentions basic disadvantages of direct current welding process and alternative current welding process using industrial frequency. Those disadvantages impair the quality of weld joint. We discuss physical concerns of high frequency alternative current welding process. We imply that process improves quality of weld joint and increases welding performance.

Muraviova T. P., Dragunov V. K., Sliva A. P., Goncharov A. L. — Structure and properties characteristics of the thick-walled steel welded joints, carried out by electron-beam welding

Structure and properties characteristics of the welded joints carried out by electron-beam welding for the steels of pearlitic classes 16ГНМА as of 115 mm thickness and 12Х2МФА as of 160 mm thickness are considered. It is shown that vacuum usage as shielding medium results in intensive outgassing from the weld pool and alloying element reduction with high steam tension.
