Muslimov A. P., Ragrin N. A., Abdykerimova D. K. — Development of a dual-circuit automatic control system for the operating modes of a hydraulic press designed for metal forming
The article presents materials on the development of a dual-circuit automatic control system for the operating modes of a hydraulic press designed for metal forming. The developed automatic operating mode control system is universal and can be applied in other equipment with hydraulic drives for various purposes.

Tabakov V. P., Morozov O. I., Shtubov N. S., Raspaev V. D. — Investigation of the stress state and cyclic crack resistance of multi-element TiSiMeN coatings
The results of studies of the stress state and cyclic crack resistance of three-element TiSiMeN coatings are presented. It is shown that three-element coatings are characterized by higher total compressive stresses acting in them during the cutting process and cyclic crack resistance. Coatings with greater cyclic crack resistance provide a greater increase in the tool life period.
Keywords: coating, stress state, cyclic crack resistance, cutting tool, tool life period

The paper describes the influence of nitriding technological modes, such as substrate voltage, plasma source current with a hot cathode, and the percentage of nitrogen in the Ar + N2 gas mixture, on the part temperature during ion nitriding in an arc discharge, as well as on the depth of the nitrided layer at constant and varying times.

Antonov A. A., Doroshenko F. E. — Technologies for reducing welding stresses in tanks
The technological features of performing heat treatment of large-sized units of tank structures in furnaces, as well as by the local heat treatment option, are outlined. To reduce the level of residual welding stresses, it is proposed to use low-cost and effective technologies of ultrasonic impact treatment and low-frequency vibration treatment. Methods for measuring residual stresses are presented, which allow optimizing welding processes to ensure a safe level of residual stresses in welded joints of structures.
Keywords: vertical tanks, welding stresses, heat treatment, ultrasonic impact treatment, low-frequency vibration treatment, stress measurement methods
