Ivannikov A. A., Abramov A. V., Terekhova S. M., Klyushin I. I., Sevryukov O. N. — Analysis of the stress-strain state using the finite element method in butt brazed joints of VK100 ceramics with 29NK alloy

In this work, the stress-strain state of a butt brazed joint of VK100 alumina ceramics with 29NK alloy using Cu-28Ti (wt.%) solder is investigated by the finite element method. The influence of the wall thickness of the ceramic cylinder and the metal disc on the magnitude and distribution of residual thermal stresses after cooling is analyzed.

Latypova G. R., Latypov R. A., Natalenko V. S., Alsobh M. — Computational and experimental assessment of the heating duration of the base metal during electric resistance welding of a metal woven mesh to parts made of a copper-based alloy

Dependences are obtained that make it possible to perform calculated estimates of the temperature and heating duration of the base metal during electric resistance welding of a metal woven mesh, corresponding to the beginning of the penetration of the mesh wire into the base metal, as well as the duration of the welding cycle depending on the mesh shape factor. The theoretical calculation data are confirmed by the results of experimental studies.

The paper presents a method for producing a functionally graded material by the method of dual-wire electron beam additive manufacturing. It is established that controlling the feed rate of dissimilar wires (SW60 and 309LSi) makes it possible to form materials with a directed change in chemical composition in the volume. Specimens with a high and low chemical composition gradient in height were obtained. It is shown that a low gradient reduces the diffusion intensity, increases thermal stability, and reduces the probability of joint failure.
