The paper presents for the first time an original design of an electromechanical vibration sensor with a spiral secondary element with beveled slots in the spiral element, featuring increased sensitivity and steepness of the conversion characteristic, expanded functional capabilities, and speed of response. Analytical relationships for the analysis and design of the electromechanical vibration sensor are derived, taking into account and without taking into account edge effects in the presence of longitudinal beveled slots depending on the magnetic Reynolds number. UDC 62-294 DOI: 10.34641/TM.2024.262.4.024 Lutyanov A. V. — The problem of stability of a cylindrical shell under torsion using modern modeling tools
Using the method of assessing the stability of a cylindrical shell in devices with aerostatic bearings, the analysis of the momentless state of the system is carried out, and the critical moment of the boring bar position of the device during cutting of materials is determined. Recommendations are given for designing the optimal structure of the tool block of the device and installing them in the boring bar, and requirements for processing modes are formulated to achieve the specified quality parameters of the machined parts.
