UDC 62-529 DOI: 10.34641/TM.2024.264.6.036 Makeev I. R., Pashko A. D. — Technology for manufacturing a free turbine gear by an additive method
The operation of modern machines is a complex technological process, which inevitably leads to the need to make qualitative changes in the design and manufacturing technology. The manufacturing technology of technically complex products must ensure high production mobility; therefore, elements of additive manufacturing are being introduced into technological processes. The microstructure of deposited layers of austenitic steel on low-carbon structural steel is considered. The analysis is carried out, and the features of the formation of the structure of the deposited metal are reflected. The regularities of microhardness distribution in the surfacing and the base metal are determined. Keywords: multilayer surfacing, flux-cored wire, microstructure, microhardness

The study is devoted to the development and analysis of a program for calculating a single-circuit gas cooler used at compressor stations for cooling natural gas. The focus of the work is on "tube-in-tube" type heat exchangers, characterized by simplicity of design and the ability to operate in a wide range of temperatures and pressures. UDC 681.5.004.62 DOI: 10.34641/TM.2024.264.6.042 Feofanov A. N., Yudin D. V. — Automation of technological preparation of production for the selection of cutting tools
This article presents the problems arising in small-scale production conditions. It shows the current lack of CAD systems for solving the most complex tasks such as determining the machining method and selecting cutting tools, and the high dependence on the human factor and the qualifications of engineering personnel. The types of losses arising due to the lack of an automated cutting tool selection system and the need to reduce its range are shown. To automate this task, an approach is proposed that uses the machining allowance, decomposed into elementary components, as initial data. Keywords: automation, CAD, machining method, cutting tool selection, small-scale production
