The paper considers the design of a linear asynchronous sensor for monitoring vibration parameters of ferromagnetic and electrically conductive bodies. The sensor is technologically advanced, easy to operate, and, with further conversion, can be used as an identifier of the critical vibration point of objects.

This work is aimed at reducing the labor intensity and defects in the finishing treatment of flow path surfaces of turboprop engine blades after thermal barrier coating application. The paper investigates the implementation of the finishing treatment process using free abrasive with the application of the vortex cavitation effect on the flow path surfaces of turboprop engine blades.

The feasibility of isothermal hardening with cooling and holding after austenitization, including partial austenitization, according to the water-furnace-air scheme without the use of environmentally unfriendly cooling media instead of the improvement of medium-carbon steels and the typical technology of isothermal hardening of high-strength cast iron is shown.

The analysis of the design of the known angle-to-gusset connection is carried out, and the complex stress state with non-uniform distribution of service stresses characteristic of it is established. A new design is proposed that ensures full alignment of the axes of the joined elements. A comparative computer calculation using the Solid program was performed.

Matveev E. V. — Influence of structural configurations of static balancing devices on the accuracy of determining the centers of mass of products

The shortcomings of measurement schemes in which force-measuring supports are used both for measuring large unbalances and for monitoring the results of the performed balancing are identified. The advantages of schemes in which it is possible to use force-measuring supports designed for measuring small forces for measurements are shown.

The problem of strength and durability of solar battery elements of aircraft is considered, taking into account the mechanism and kinetics of damage accumulation and failure of parts under complex stress state. A method is proposed that allows assessing the durability and stress-strain state of parts under non-stationary temperature conditions, as well as evaluating the plasticity and creep of the structure.

Frolov A. A., Abakumov A. A., Suslin Yu. I., Aleksakhin A. V. — Influence of residual stresses in the inner radius zone R-55 on the reliability of cast side frames of freight car bogies

The causes of internal residual stresses during heat treatment of side frames of freight car bogies are studied, and the reasons for the formation of cracks and casting defects are identified. Additional heat treatment of normalized side frames is proposed to correct harmful residual tensile stresses, transforming them into useful compressive ones.
