In this paper, the preparation of bimetallic copper-steel structures during the formation of the base and transition layers at various percentages of copper alloy and stainless steelwas discussed. Laser technological complex of coaxial laser melting KLP-400 manufactured at the enterprise BMSTU "Moscow Center for Laser Technology" was used.
A metallographic analysis of structureofbuild samples was carried out and a number of features of its formation were revealed in dependence on the quantitative ratio of dissimilar metals in the powder composition.

The article proposes a new approach to high-performance turning of thermoplastics.
The essence of the approach is to combine conventional turning with the simultaneous irradiation of workpieces with nanosecond electromagnetic pulses. As a result, changes are occurring in the structure of the material, leading to technological softening of the surface layer, the presence of which is a prerequisite for increasing the cutting speed and productivity of the process. Designed and patented processing methods and device for its implementation. The data of experimental studies confirming the effectiveness of the proposed technical solutionsare presented.

Al-Bdeyri М. Sh. — Modification of electroplated-plasma anodized coatings for aluminum and alloys

Abstract: The method of galvanic-plasma modification (GPM) as a method of applying an oxide layer on the surface of aluminum and its alloys made it possible to create a number of hard, dense, corrosion-resistant, wear-resistant coatings. As in all coating technologies, the successful development of PMM requires adequate attention to the preliminary processing of the substrate, as well as careful monitoring of the state of the electrolyte and the process parameters. The principles and applications of the GPM coating process are considered, including the basics of oxide deposition, the technology used, and typical coating characteristics.

The process of starting an asynchronous electric drive with frequency control in the MATLAB/Simulink environment is modeled, taking into account the laws of frequency, voltage, and static moment changes. The results of the study allow you to make a choice for a specific electric drive and mechanism, the laws of frequency and voltage changes, as well as changing both parameters according to certain laws for optimal control of the electric drive.

Andreyashchenko V. А., Akhonko S. N. — Quality parameters determination of railway wheels made of steel grade 2 on the example of Prommashkomplekt LLP

The paper analyzes the railway wheels quality from Prommashkomlpekt LLP based on the results of wheel tests in 2019. For the evaluation of quality wheel steel of grade 2, as the most common steel for the production of railway wheels used in the CIS, is selected An Ishikawa diagram or "Fish bone" is constructed and product faultlessness indicator is determined with a ranking due to defects cause. The overall rate of product faultlessness for 2019 is 86 % and when ranked by month it ranges from 80 % in December to 100 % in July. Regularity of changes in the indicator of product faultlessness by months is not observed. The analysis showed that in order to ensure a higher quality of railway wheels and reduce production costs, it is necessary to impose more hard input requirements to the quality of the initial continuously cast blanks.

The successful development of the petrochemical complex is possible only if a competent HR policy is implemented, which in turn requires a system approach towards staff assistance. Staffing includes three stages of specialist involvement: the pre-labor stage; the stage of attraction and the stage of retention. Each stage includes several tools that stimulate further growth of the industry. However, they will be able to give the desired result only in aggregate, since isolated attempts will only create new problems.

The practical implementation issues of lean production methods in the nuclear industry are considered. The integrated tools characteristics of the Rosatom's production system (RPS) is given and the peculiarities of their implementation in a full-cycle engineering company in a nuclear weapons complex are described using the example of JSC FTSNIVT SNPO "Eleron". The formation methodology of a roadmap for the deployment of the RPS is presented, the content of its main stages is disclosed, a specification of the tools used is given and key performance indicators are considered.

Ivashchenko О. B. — The procedure of the technical and economic analysis for a technological project in machinebuilding

The proposed model describes in detail the structure of construction and the features of the procedures formation for the technical and economic analysis of a technological project (technical, technological and economic plan) according to the model of the Rosatom's production system. Supplements to the methods of increasing technological and economic efficiency are proposed. A plan for carrying out a techno-economic analysis corresponding to the specifics of machine building is proposed, and a phased implementation of this complex measure is worked out.

The main methodological problems of using anthropomorphic robots as robotic support for the activities of cosmonauts are considered. The goal, objectives and results of the first stage of the space experiment "Ispytatel" with the study of the remote control mode of the anthropomorphic robot "Fedor" aboard the Soyuz MS-14 manned spacecraft and the Russian segment of the International Space Station are introduced.
