Shumilov V. F., Shumilova N. I. — Transient state formation in the manufacturing processes of engineering industry
On the base of SH-functions a new method of smooth transient conditions for machine-building processes at adapting such modes as start-up, speed-up, slowing-down, reverse, constancy and stop is developed. Efficiency of the method is verified by the results of mathematical modelling carried out for a direct independent excitation current motor in the problem of feed control in automatic and semiautomatic welding machines.

Scherbakov A. V., Benevolsky Ye. S. — Commutation processes in the welding electron gun power supplies at high-voltage breakdown occurrence
In article the analysis of the reasons of occurrence of breakdowns in welding electron beam guns is carried out. The major factors depending time characteristics of a discharge current are resulted. The model is developed for research of parameters of breakdown on electron beam gun. The analysis of reactive parameters effects of the power supply on time characteristics of current and voltage on various sites of the circuit is carried out.

Khorunov V. F., Maximova S. V. — High-temperature alloys brazing at present
Brazing issues of heat-resistant nickel and intermetallid alloys on the base of titanium aluminide is considered. Prospective usage of adhesion-active brazing alloys on the base of the systems Ni—Cr—Zr, Pd—Ni—(X), Ti—Zr—Fe and Ti—Zr—Mn is shown.

Gurevich Yu. G., Marfitsin V. V., Frolov V. A. — Welding of the parts from the ferrite-pearlitic gray cast iron
Welding practices of the ferrite-pearlitic gray cast iron parts after their surfaces oxidation by iron cinder is developed. It is shown that gas-shielded arc welding of the cinder-oxidised parts from the ferrite-pearlitic gray cast iron enables welded seam virtue.

Preweld induction heating process modeling technique of the large-diameter pipes is considered. Simulation package choice is substantiated. Research results of the thermal field in the zone of the weld seam and temperature distribution in the pipe wall are given.

Amorphous metallic brazes are widely used to braze dissimilar materials, corrosion-resistant steel included. Results of the complex tension, impact and bending tests as well as nonstandard torsion test of the brazed joints, which were conducted in accordance with the state standard, are described.
