Matrikaynen Yu., Hiltunen E., Karkhin V. A., Ivanov S. Yu. — The Al—Mg—Si alloys welded joints’ sensitivity evaluation procedure to liquation cracking

Heat-treatable 6005-T6 alloy welded joints were studied. The temperature dependences of mechanical properties under welding conditions were obtained using the Gleeble 3800 System. The unknown volume heat source parameters were found by application of inverse modeling. The three-dimensional heat conduction and thermomechanical problems were solved numerically. Liquation cracking criterion in terms of accumulated plastic strains was proposed. The proposed technique allows the prediction of liquation cracking in arc welding of the 6005-T6 alloy.

Yeriomin Ye. N., Losev A. S. — Boride compounds application in flux cored wire for maraging steel overlaying welding

The results of analysis of the structure and properties of deposited metal of maraging steel of Fe—Ni—Mo—Cr—V—Si—Ti—Al type alloy, hardened by boron compounds are demonstrated. Is analysed the role of borides in formation of phase structure and a structural condition of a steel after heat treatment. It is shown that such metal has high thermal stability, wear resistance. It allows recommending it for hardening of working surfaces of stamping tool.

Yemelyushin A. N., Petrochenko Ye. V., Nefedyev S. P. — Study of the structure and percussive-and-abrasive wear resistance of the Fe—C—Cr—Mn—Si-system coatings auxiliary nitrogen-doped

Structure and properties formation features of 250X15Ã20Ñ plasma-powder coating are considered. Effect of the auxiliary alloying coatings by nitrogen introducing nitrided ferrochromium into doped powder is investigated. Influence of the surfacing conditions and added metal chemical composition on its hardness and percussive-and-abrasive wear resistance is shown.

Research results of single- and two-electrode electroslag tape surfacing using new ceramic fluxes are covered. Process is designed and advantages of the single- and two-electrode electroslag tape surfacing at deposition of single- and double-layer anticorrosive coating inside equipment body are shown.

Parshin S. G. — Steel MIG-welding using nano-structured electrode materials

Research results of the nano-structured halogen-bearing coatings’ influence on the arc power properties and on electrode material fusing at MIG-welding, which allowed for improving seam formation and process efficiency raise are given.

Semionov V. N., Akimov N. V. — Causes of cracking in ÝÏ202 and ÝÊ61 alloys at welding constructions of liquid-propellant rocket engines

Research results of crack formation causes in constructions from the ÝÏ202 and ÝÊ61 alloys are covered. Guidance considering evaluation principal criteria of heat stress and deformation and ensuring fine-grained structure formation and increase of alloy plasticity is offered.
