Tyulina N. V. — Optimal quantity estimation of part machining stages

A review of recommendations on determination methods of the required machining steps quantity at machine working a number of part surfaces is offered. It is suggested to apply one of the theoretical processes to develop an automated solution at planning and routing part surfaces machining in preproduction engineering. Advantages and disadvantages of the selected method are considered.

Features of formation of external and internal spline surfaces are considered. Schemes of various technological methods are showed; the area of their rational application is established. Methods for controlling the basic parameters of spline are given.

Ivanov V. S., Ivanov D. V. — Process study of round-type profile parts shaping at turn/mill multipoint machining

It is shown that at round-type profile parts manufacturing on the turn/mill machines a transverse profile of a part if shaped by several cutters and it is a cycloidal polyhedron. It is established, that the shape of the part polygon profile including the number of its faces is determined by the zone of reduced angular displacement of the shaping trajectory. Angular displacement zones of the shaping trajectories setting their spatial composition and n-facet part profile under formation are determined.

Results of asymmetric surface plastic deformation effect on service properties of components is covered, as well as design procedure of the surface layer perfection factors and component form spatial error. Integrated parameter interdependence of surface layer quality, precision and performance of the asymmetrically strengthened parts is established.

The new system of the measurement and putting down of the sizes between function bound plane directing details of metalcutting tool, which will reduce labour content an adapting worksis created.

Optimum modes of influences on a material with the purpose of formation of stable structure with the set complex of service properties are established.

The article deals with the production of composite powders characterized by a wide range of structures and composition. New materials in composition, structure and properties are synthesized as polydisperse microcomposites, ultra dimensional included. A forming process of amorphous-and-crystalline microcomposites, i. e. cladding — amorphization, is show up and studied. Developed materials are classified by morphology, dispersibility, structure and purpose.

The article addresses the problem of realizability model optimization. Addresses the difficulties in the practical application of the obtained models.
