The article describes the issues of improving the efficiency of production of parts of complex geometry on multi-tasking turn-mill type, by allowing the concentration of operations to perform on one machine integrated the technology of manufacturing of parts, reducing the required number of machines and production facilities.

Kim V. A., Otryaskina T. A. — Structural quantitative relations of chip forming

As a result of the high-speed plastic deformation accompanying process of handling of metals by cutting, there is a decomposition of a microstructure and a fragmentation of mesostracture of a cut. Micro and cut mesostractures it is possible to present architecture in the form of the binary set, powering up fractal dimension and density of boundaries of section. Character of change of binary set of structure in a zone cut-formation opens dynamics of deformation process and change of the carrier of a plastic deformation at transition from micro to mesoscale level.

The developed model of the mechanical interaction between the abrasive and the workpiece material, taking into account the wear of the abrasive grains in the grinding processes. We obtained empirical relationships for predicting the wear of abrasive grains.

Abstract Developed a method to estimate inventory levels when combined production of the existing production structure.
The methodology considers the available stocks in three types: procurement, equipment and tools. Warehouses must be materials of all kinds required for primary production, as well as the necessary supply of materials for the launch of combined production.
Reviewed inventory management with a large range, the analysis of changes in inventory levels when combined production of recommendations for the management of inventory blanks, tools, accessories.

We studied the influence of different gas environment in the process of welding on fiber lasers in comparison with CO2 lasers using the methods of continuous change of the position of the focal spot relative to the surface of the welded sample and set the identity preplasma ability of the metal. The influence of power density laser radiation on behavior and plasma processes occurring in the weld pool when welding on fiber optic laser power of 2,5 and 5 kW. The influence of the intensity of the laser radiation on the formation of the weld.

Gubanov V. F. — Application of methods of classification of multidimensional observations for choosing the optimal finishing-hardening treatment details

This article discusses the application of methods of classification of multidimensional observations to select the optimal variant (variants) finishing and hardening of parts from a variety of options available based on the grouping of their quality process. The results of cluster analysis on the formation of three clusters, corresponding to low, normal and high quality process. Demonstrates the application of discriminant analysis to determine the quality level of new treatment options, therefore, their viability for future use.

In the article describes regulars of plastic deformation in the zone of shavings formation with ultrahigh speeds. Reviewed the influence of temperature and speed factors on process of plastic deformation with ultra-fast processing. Identified two possible cases of resistance to plastic deformation in the contact zone with or without melting. Developed model a process shavings formation in high-speed in the cutting conditions upon basis which a load can be defined on the cutting tool.

We propose a model of stability in industrial orders enterprise that business activity. A dynamic model is representative of the internal and external environment on the example of the regional market of domestic gas meters, used in its development values of market research regions of the Russian Federation. To ensure the sustainability of the enterprise should be guided algoritnom management, performed on the basis of flow diagrams saleability, studying the processes of cause-effect relationships for the entire field of the main factors of the market.
