Yakovlev D. S., Shakhmatov M. V. — Flux-cored electrode application at multiarc welding

The article presents a mathematical model of nonlinear thermal processes when multiarc welding of electric welded pipes. The developed mathematical model allows to assessing the changes in the structure of welded joints produced using flux-cored wire. Results of experimental study of influence micro alloying elements on the mechanical properties of the weld metal were presented.
Microalloying welds using flux-cored wire was tested at condition that flux-cored wire is located on one of the arcs at multiarc welding. On the basis of these results, it was shown that flux-cored wire is effective for microalloying of welds when welding pipe of high-strength steels as well as allows reduce energy welding.

Khodakov V. D., Khodakov D. V. — Welding features of the equipment and piping NPP from perlitic and austenitic steels

For prolonged utilization of the heterogeneous welded joints in the assembly of the equipment and pipelines from pearlitic and austenitic steels corrosive damage took place coupled with intergranular corrosion of the metal type 10X16Н25AM6, deposited with electrodes EA 395/9. The deposited metal type 02X25H13 features high corrosion resistant, is not prone to crack formation and can be recommended for the "force" pad first layer of the heterogeneous welded joints edges.

Malinov V. L., Malinov L. S., Golyakevich А. A., Orlov L. N., Upyr V. N. — Crane wheels durability increasing by using a new flux-cored electrode VELTEC-N285С

The paper presents data showing the effectiveness of the quickly wears crane wheels restoration new cored wire. Veltek-N285C which providing in the weld metal structure reception of reinforced carbide metastable austenite undergoes dynamic deformation martensite transformation during exploitation loading (self-hardening effect under loading). This allows the use of internal resources of the material itself.

Kovtunov A. I., Semistenov D. A., Semistenova T. V., Starodubtsev A. D. — Features of wear resistant layers formation for mechanized pad aluminum on steel

The investigations of machine surfacing processes or heat and wear-resistance ironaluminum intermetallic alloys have been undertaken. It has been established that arc surfacing with spray aluminum transfer provides stability of surfacing process and stability of overlays chemistry and reduces their forming time. For providing of overlays formation with optimal chemistry and running ability, it was suggested to surface with aluminum wire first and then steel electrode wire.

Kozyrev V. V., Petrov M. Yu., Kozyreva L. V. — Receipt of the composite filler materials through the use of the environmentally safe technologies

Application of fuller materials for creation of the high strength coatings on part operating under abrasive wear is one of the promising ways of the resources increasing of road construction, agricultural and other types of equipment. However, in their creation process does not always comply with the environmental safety requirements, which leads to negative consequences for the natural environment and human health. The article presents the research work results of authors team created a coated powder by chemical gas-core deposition of the nickel tetracarbonyl on the alumina particles surface and its applications for receipt of the wear-resistant coatings. Metallization powder materials are carried out in a closed cycle, excluding contact workers with toxic substances and emissions of pollutants into the atmosphere, which ensures the safety of the production process. Plasma coatings obtained with the necessary physical and mechanical properties are obtained, which proves the effectiveness of the employed approach and promotes resource increase of the machines working elements, subjected to abrasive wear.
