Korotkov V. A. — Research of the chromic overlaying wire

The paper found that the protective gas welding deposit of chromium (16 %) wire, modified manganese and silicon, is characterized by calm arcing, is not inclined to the pores formation, provides the hardness of the deposited layer at a level HV543 (HRC 50), which increases at the turning as a result of hardening up HV800 (HRC 61), has a resistance to temperature softening up to 600 °C.

Krushenko G. G. — The quality increase of turbopump assembly of liquid rocket engine (LRE)

Turbopump aggregate is one of the basic aggregate of the liquid rocket engine (LRE). Some of its component parts — rotors (discs) and housing parts obtained by moulding, the first of which is obtained by moulding with casting mold from the heat-resistant alloy, the second — by moulding in metal molds from the aluminum-silicon alloy. The part quality increasing methods of both groups are described.

Gerasimova O. V., Gerasimov V. Ya. — Rod threaded parts manufacturing with pass ahead of metal plastic deformation

Compassion of statistic and fatigue strength of bolts M22 manufactured from steel 40X was made, tread was made of cutting and rolling. Strength increased by 27,8 % at metal crimping in cold-drawn bars by 0,38 and increase of cycles number by 3 times until thread failure for rolled thread at variables of flexural stress.

Abbasov V. A., Kuliev A. F. — Heat buildup at the internal grinding of the oilfield equipment recovered parts

The abstract devoted to researches of the internal grinding of bushings which restored by powder materials СНГН-50 and ПГ-CP2. It is experimentally established that at internal grinding of the restored details by the impregnated abrasive wheels, the cutting temperature decreases on 100—150 °C in comparison with grinding by the not impregnated wheels. Laws of distribution of temperature on a thickness of a wall of a processed detail are revealed.

Panov D. V., Dolgopolov М. I., Kornilov V. A. — Reducing the limit bending radius when bending with narrow area induction heating pipes for RKT products by applying the gradient heating

The efficiency of use gradient heating with tube bending with narrow zone induction heating for space techniques is proved: it can reduce minimum bending radius and wall thinning. Moving inductor ring to compression zone (inner bending radius) to create a temperature gradient can reduce minimum bending radius by 3—5 %.

The methods for the installation accuracy improving of the workpiece relative to the tool-electrode spark at electroerosive treatment are considered. The optimum method is a visual touch with a spark without vibration and without water.

Machine tool for the internal surfaces machining of large-diameter rotary bodies without dismantling is designed. Machine tool permits to improve the machining accuracy of the trunnion inner surfaces in a fixed state through the moving a cutting tool along the axis of rotation of the cylindrical surface.

As a result of processing and analysis of formulations of several abrasive plants, the dependence of the content of bundles of grain instruments and analytical expression for the determination of the normalized amount of binder at manufacture of standard and highly porous grinding wheels.

Criterion strength coatings having the form of a parabolic dependence. To construct the test data used in the adhesion peel and shear. It is shown that the possible states of stress experienced by the system "coat—base" without loss of efficiency, is an area bounded by criteria adhesive and cohesive strength of the coating and the turnover criterion bases.

Sayfullin R. N. — Three-dimensional printing by using metal powder materials via an electrocontact way

A three-dimensional metals printing method is described. This method allows to create three-dimensional articles from metals and powder-like materials, including powdered material under the electrode working surface. Electrod presses this material up to a certain force, with subsequent current supply heating the powder-like material and welding this material to formed article.

Goncharov V. S., Goncharov M. V. — The corrosion-resistant coating technology on the water supply pipes of the water and heating systems

Corrosion protection combined technology of the pipes internal and external surfaces for thermal and water supply systems by means of chromium-based coatings means by oxy-natural gas sputtering and vacuum-diffusion saturation is developed. It provides a complete, efficient and relatively cheap corrosion protection.
The ecological and economic problems solution — protection from environmental pollution as a result of thousands kilometers failure of thermal and water supply systems — is proposed. Considered technology of a corrosion-resistant coating on the inner and outer surfaces of the water supply and thermal systems allows the systems replacement as a whole or gradually, increasing the working period to 100 years.

Shchelkunov E. B., Vinogradov S. V., Shchelkunova M. E., Posazhennikov D. G. — Automation designing of the parallel structure mechanisms with variable length bars

The paper presents the author ideas placed as the basis of the universal algorithm for the automatic kinematic calculating of the MPS with variable length rods, used in the metal-working equipment are stated.
Creation and research of mechanisms with parallel structure is a complicated task and involves selection of the mechanism layout, selection and calculation of kinematic links geometrical parameters, kinematic links motion analysis. For time expenditure minimization at designing of the mechanism with parallel structure it is reasonable application of the computer-aided software for automatic designing, based on algorithms that take into account the design features of the designed mechanism.
The developed algorithm is based on the systematization of mechanisms with parallel structure based on the accounting of the hinges disposition on a movable platform and the base and on the division of the work space of the mechanisms with parallel structure into technological and geometric.
This algorithm allows to formalize most of the necessary calculations and generally simplify the designing procedure of mechanisms with parallel structure.
The kinematic calculations principle is presented in the functional diagram showing the information flow at tasks solving of the parallel structure mechanisms designing.
