Kolomeychenko А. V., Titov N. V., Vinogradov V. V., Stolin А. М., Bazhin P. М. — Study of the microstructure of composite cermet coatings obtained by karbovibroarc welding deposit

The investigation results of composite coatings microstructure obtained by carbo-vibro-arc surfacing using metal ceramic pastes are presented. It is proved that composite metal ceramic coating consists of two areas — basic and transient. The basic area of coating contains strengthening phase Fe2B with atoms of nickel and chrome embedded in its crystal lattice located in matrix of solid solution of ferrum and nickel Ni3Fe. The transient area of coating determines inter-diffusion of coating and base and consists of strengthening phase (Fe, Ni)2B and matrix Ni3Fe. It is demonstrated that the strengthening phases are presented in the platy grains form with thickness 1…4 μm and length more than 100 μm, colonially located within the volume of the basic area of coating. At the approach to the transient area of these structural components form changes to orbed with dimensions to 5 μm.

Krivonosova Е. А., Trushnikov D. N., Krivonosova Е. K. — Evaluation of the steel15H1M1F mechanical properties when welding highly concentrated energy sources from a fractal parameterization structure

The fractal analysis is applied for study of the metals structure formation laws at electron-beam welding, which allowed to establish a single numerical parameter for describing of the welding seams macrostructures, to evaluate the degree of their homogeneity and fragmentation. This allow to reveal the connection of welding mode parameters with the fractal dimension of the structure and the welding seam metal properties level, in particular, the long-term strength limit.

The influence of direct drive friction welding technological parameters of superalloy VG175 specimens differently pre- and post- weld heat treated on the mechanical properties is studying.
The second order polynomials are formed. The range of optimal direct drive friction welding parameters is determined.

The conformity to physical contact development as a result of heating at the diffusion welding of titanium alloys is formed from a mathematical model, achieved values kinetic diagrams of the values of physical contact relative area, depending on the welding parameters and microstructures parameters combinations of welded blanks are received.

Currently development is conducted of the divertoratokamaka1 with the capacity for the receiving surface feed with the molten metal, are the real design with high reliability and long service life are created. Thus there is the need to develop methods of dissimilar materials joining. Tubes from molybdenum and steel (12Kh18N10T) in the adapter node are supposed to join using soldered joint. The development of a method in order to receive a strength, heat-resistant and pressurise connection molybdenum with stainless steel 12Kh18N10T is considered.
The paste from a solder SТЕМЕТ-1301 was used for brazing. The product assembly technology permiting to receive optimum opening during soldering that provide the homogeneity of the soldered joint without brittle eutectic interlayer is developed. Soldered samples were tested for heat resistance, pressurise, resource at a given load. All samples have successfully passed all complex tests. The microhardness seam area was measured and shear tests were carried out for definition of the solder joint mechanical characteristics. It is shown that the strength properties depend strongly on the gap between brazed parts. For samples collected with the optimum gap shear strength forms 500 ± 50 MPa.

Denisov I. V., Saykov I. V., Kapustin R. D. — Preparation of bimetallic compounds materials Al + Cu for electrical contacts by explosion welding

The present work is devoted to obtaining an electroconductive bimetallic material aluminum + copper for the production of electrical contacts and adapters by explosion welding. The utilization perspective of a damping layer for protecting the metal plate surface at the bimetal M1 + AD1 manufacturing is shown. The conditions for obtaining bimetal by explosion welding via an explosive substances represents the mixture of microporous ammoniac nitre with diesel fuel into corelation 96:4 are determined.
The structure influence on the physical and mechanical properties of bimetallic material (tensile strength, resistance to shear and bending, specific electroconductivity) is stadied.

The developed diffusion welding technology features of the corrosion-resistant steel with palladium foil through the use of intermediate layer from nickel foil are adduced. The developed technology allows to obtain equal strength and vacuum-tight connection.

Komarov М. А. — Soldering of beryllium by using an aluminum solders

Annotation The article demonstrates that the activation with titanium of beryllium parts surface provides good wettability with aluminum solders. It was found that the use of aluminum solders alloyed by titanium allows to obtain high-quality butt and overlap soldered joints with tensile strength up to 150 MPa.

The article is devoted to research of the key technology and market trends that are relevant to the development area of the welding equipment. In the first part of the study the authors carried out a consistent analysis of the most promising and productive welding techniques, including T.I.M.E welding, tandem gas-shielded welding, hybrid laser-arc welding, the CMT welding, as well as the trend of welding operations automation, which the most relevant direction are welding robots. Analysis of technology trends is accompanied of the major marketing trends in the welding production development carried out in the second part of the research. On the basis of information on the market dynamics of the authors have developed. The series of practical recommendations designed to create the necessary support for the development of welding equipment market in Russia is developed on the grounds of information on the market dynamics.
