Krushenko G. G. — A composite material from an alloy D1 reinforced fibers from the same alloy

The developed technology of obtaining of composite material (KM) based on aluminum alloys D1 reinforced with fibers from the same alloy obtained by extrusion of a composition consisting of granules of alloy D1 and nanopowder of aluminum oxide Al2O3. Alloy preparation, the introduction into it of fibers and casting was done in vacuum high frequency induction crucible furnace without removing the vacuum. Higher mechanical properties showed KM prepared in vacuum in comparison with the properties of KM, obtained in a normal atmosphere.

Dolgopolov М. I. — Evaluation thinning of thin-walled tubes at bending with narrow zonal induction heating

The mathematical model is suggested, which allows to rate thinning of thin-walled tubes during induction narrow-zoned bending taking into consideration displacement of the neutral axis.
The analytical expressions for maximum wall thinning, geometrical axis elongation and bending moment are gotten. The comparison between experimental and theoretical values of wall thinning is given.

Shirshov А. G. — Construction method improvment of the power displacement behavior for the machines elastic-friction systems

A question of the accuracy and productivity assessment is raised at a design stage of the machine tool. There is an assessment methodology of the machine tool rigidity and accuracy at a design stage, but manual calculation through the use of this methodology will occupy not less than one-three months and therefore its automation is required. At calculation process machine tool structure is bring to the elastic and frictional system consisting of modules. Each module is responsible for elastic and inelastic resistance of the structure which becomes apparent in common.
For each module it is necessary to consider displacement as external force function and bring displacement to the cutting tool top so that may to define the machine tool rigidity, the rigidities balance and the weakest designs link on rigidity. As there is a lot of modules, it is necessary to calculate force displacement very quickly. The graphical representation of the force displacement dependence as external force function is called the characteristic of force displacement (CFD). In article the existing approach to CFD creation and determination of the force displacement values is considered and new approach is offered.

Rozinov A. Ya. — Control means and methods perfection of the manufacturing accuracy of the ship hull structures

The measurement error size through the use of a tape measure, hose level, a cord plumb-line are represented. The causes analysis of these errors formation and reduction methods of their sizes is given. The rational application area of optical theodolites and optic-laser devices for manufacture accuracy monitoring of flat and planar ship hull structures is pointed. Technical characteristics of new electron-optical means (tacheometer) are adduced. The processing contouring technology of the volume bottom section in "the cheer size" through the use of this instrument and also tacheometer application technology for the purpose of mounting accuracy increase of different standard sections in the ship hull formation process on a building slip are described.

RECEIPT TECHNOLOGY OF THE PERMANENT CONNECTIONS

Anakhov S. V., Gladkovskiy S. V., Lepikhin S. V., Dvoynikov D. A., Pykin Yu. A., Matushkin A. V. — Mechanical and technological properties of welded joints obtained after the application of plasma cutting

The investigation of the mechanical characteristics of the welded seams is done. These seems are produced after 09G2S steel cutting by mechanical method and by various plasmatrons. It is shown, that impact strength and static bend parameters of welds received after plasma cutting without removal of heat-affected zone do not concede to parameters, produced after mechanical cutting. Application of new one-circuit plasmatron with the improved gas dynamic characteristics, and also narrow jet plasmatron for metals cutting allows to receive advanced welded seams with high efficiency and smaller power expenses.

Shiganov I. N., Usov S. V., Melnikov D. M. — Operational control of the lubricant viscosity index for maintenance of the machines and mechanisms efficiency

The lubricants characteristic gradually worsen during machines and mechanisms exploitation therefore operating control of this characteristic represents an important task. One of the key parameters influencing the lubricant efficiency is the viscosity index determining oil properties change degree in case of temperature change. The express control of a viscosity index may permit to reveal timely critical breach in lubricant work and to avoid both mechanical damages of the rubbing elements and an uneconomical expenditure of oils. The offered control method of an oil viscosity index is based on a laser phase analysis method — research of material optical properties change in broad range of temperatures. The method can be used directly on equipment exploitation places that is especially actual for the equipment which is used in conditions with the increased impurity.

Morozov V. S. — About the transition periods non-stationary in the vacuum systems for leaktightness mass spectrometry control for large objects of the rocket and space technology

The analytical study results of the control gases unsteady flow processes in the facikities extended vakuum pipeline for airtightness mass spectrum control of the rocket-space technics large-size objects (liquid rockets and spacecraft) are adduced. The correlations for duration valuation of the helium unsteady flow periods in the vacuum control systems; including long-length vacuum pipeline is derived. The study results allow to justify deside the designing tasks of a vacuum system for airtightness mass spectrum control of the rocket-space technics large-size objects.

The questions of classification of gripping devices are taken up. The basis of classification is taken way to hold the object and the physical principle of the creation of the object interaction forces with the working elements of the gripping device. Classification also takes into account the structural characteristics and the nature of the drive. The classification scheme of devices is added with for the present poorly used and low-studied jet and vortex gripping devices which are a perspective load facility of processing equipment owing to profitability, simplicity and other advantages.

Galkin V. I., Kuzina S. M. — Construction of the multilevel simulation models for complex l production processes

In this work the optimization methodology of the enterprise workplaces quantity based on use of the principle of a mass servicing system by using of imitating modeling is presented. Imitating modeling allows to visualize production processes and to optimize work of complex production processes according to the real set conditions. Experiment in the environment of imitating modeling through the use of target function for determination of equipment optimum number of the equipment in case of production volumes variation was carried out. The received results are processed through the use of the planning methodology of four-factorial experiment which result is the equation in the form of a polynomial from factors of the equipment quantity and production volume.

Formation of single customs area of Kazakhstan, Russia and Belarus and forming of the Customs union provides application of single regulation measures. This has influenced on toughening of requirements, claimed to products safety, and also on creation of the single normative base (technical regulations) including the technical regulation of the Customs union 019/2012 "About safety of individual protection means" (in particular helmets protective helmets and footwear). As a result of researches the stand for test of the individual protection means safety is developed.
