Technological process of expanding-increase diameters of welded tubes by pressure of some solid bodies on their internal surface received broad application. Welded tubes of large dimeters without such treatment are not suitable for use at main lines.
Peculiarities of process of tubes deformation by expanding are observed.

RECEIPT TECHNOLOGY OF THE PERMANENT CONNECTIONS

Sukhov A. G., Malysh М. М., Shanchurov S. M. — Application of laser technologies at the manufacture of heat exchange equipment

Features of the laser processing technology in the manufacture various types of heat exchange equipment are considered. The technology of laser welding of fins and sheet of panels for heat exchangers made from stainless steel, which provides a reliable and hermetic connection in the absence of significant deformation is presented. The recuperator of new design for shaft furnaces allows to reduce coke consumption to 30 % and significantly increase the productivity and efficiency of metallurgical production. The manufacturing technology of the panel for flexible heat exchanger of an ironing machine with laser processing application is developed. The technology provides a tight fit of the heat exchanger to the driving drum, minimal thermal change in shape during the work "heating-cooling" cycle and high productivity.

The standard design of the pilot ribbed panel from aluminum alloy grade 1561 is selected for the development of its manufacture technology, taking into account the analysis results of the ribbed panels used in the airplane airframe design and the production experience for their manufacture through the use of the welding ribs method with encasing and burning hole of the encasing. An assembly and welding equipment is developed, special tools is used for T-shaped joints ribs and panel encasing at through immersion of the welding tool in encasing. The welding mode parameters are established and pilot full-length welded ribbed panels are welded.

Data on development and deployment of technology of volume hardening of teeths of buckets of career excavators and the futerovochnykh of plates are provided by plasma and auxiliary arches. Depth of hardening is reached by 20 mm.

METHODS OF CONTROL AND DIAGNOSTICS

Poplavski J. M. — Investigation of the complex structure from CFRP/GRP composites through the use of the active thermography method

The active thermography method was used to study a complex, specially made composite sample with layers of CFRP and GRP. It is shown that the use of highly sensitive thermographic equipment through the use of modern software for image processing allows to quickly (in less than 5 minutes) obtaining a defect distribution in a multilayer structure (more than 20 layers) and control sandwich structure exfoliation. The possibility of using the method in field, shop and laboratory conditions is shown.

AUTOMATION OF THE TECHNOLOGY PROCESS TECHNOLOGY AND PRODUCTION, CAD

Kalyakulin S. Yu., Kuzmin V. V. — Automation of measuring equipment choice on the basis of design and technological parameterization in CAD

The article is devoted to the calculation automation of the technological processes parameters on the basis of the design technological parametrization. The essence of this parametrization consists in adjusting of the part parameterized drawing to the pre-designed calculation modules in the CAD system witch output information about the calculated parameters to the technological documentation cards. Since the drawing of the parameterized part is developed in the parametric mode, changing its parameters in the CAD system leads to a change in the "input" information in the calculation modules of the CAD system. The modules recalculate the parameters in accordance with the received values and automatically make changes to the technological documentation card, which is clearly demonstrated in this article on the example of a standard measuring equipment choice.

Sysoev Yu. S., Krivin V. V., Tolstov V. A. — Modeling of electrode melting while developing computer 3D-simulators for teaching manual arc welding

The article describes the investigation results of distribution of time intervals between shortcuts while node molds during welding. The results are analytical distributions of random numbers as mixture of exponential and Rayleigh distributions. The method of analytical approximation of this distribution is described. It can be used to model node molding in welding training systems for flow of commands to control imitator of variable velocity of molding.

Quality indices are used to assess the quality level of heterogeneous products. They make up an index of quality control. The article describes the methods for determining quality indices and defect indexes of professor A. V. Glichev and professor V. K. Fedyukin.
The quality index depends on the relative quality index and the relative volume of a certain type of product. The defect index depends on the defectiveness factor of the n-th product and the weighting coefficient of a certain defect. The contribution of each i-th type of product to the defect index is shown in the diagram in the form of a circular sector.

The article is devoted to the study of authors in the sphere of economic re-industrialization and innovative development of industry. The study analyzes key problems of modern Russian enterprises, including the degree of depreciation of fixed assets. The authors develop the notion of reindustrialization of the economy and examine its essence in relation to existing problems. As a context for re-industrialization, the authors suggest an adaptation to the Russian conditions of the paradigm "Industry 4.0", which combines all the most advanced developments in the field of high-tech enterprise development.
The authors form the theoretical basis for the development of enterprises based on cyber-physical systems and Cobotics technologies. The essence of cyber-physical systems, their technological advantages are considered in detail. The principles of the functioning of Cobotics systems, involving the organic interaction of industrial robots and human personnel within the framework of a joint solution of production tasks, are explored.
