The article presents the results of studies on the effect of boron additives in a welded bath. It is shown that the introduction of boron promotes the formation of new physical, highly disperse and structured phases in the seam which will undergo a dispersed or zone simplification, inhibit the development of cold cracks. The results of the investigations make it possible to characterize quantitatively and qualitatively the influence of boron on the structure of the welded seam.

Pelipenko N. A., Sanin S. N. — Additive frameless technology for the production of large gears of rotating aggregates

The article considers the possibility of producing rotating aggregates large-sized gears from rolled products using welding. The article presents the design version of the large crown gear of the rotary kiln in the form welded construction. The authors propose to make gear crowns in the form of sectors with several teeth, forming them by plastic deformation methods with followed welding to the support rim of the gear. The technological recommendations is designed to ensure the accuracy of gears assembly and their subsequent reliability are adduced. In this case, it is proposed to fill the cavities formed inside the teeth with high-strength concrete or polymer material enabling to gear stiffness.

Yangirov I. F., Ismagilov F. R., Maksudov D. V. — Linear asynchronous induction heater for oil pipelines

The article presents the developed mathematical model of linear induction induction heater of oil pipelines on the basis of the developed new design. This removes the deposited layers of paraffin on the inner surface of the pipe when pumping oil. The developed design with its theoretical calculations and positions can be used in mechanical engineering for metal melting and surface treatment. The proposed design is characterized by mobility, technology and versatility.

The possibility of applying plasma gradient hardening for increasing the life of crane rails is considered in the article. Calculation of equivalent stresses in the surface layer after hardening and their analysis to find the optimal design of the plasma gradient coating are carried out. The scheme of hardening allowing to increase the resource of crane rails is proposed.

Moskvin V. K., Kyznetsov P. M. — The drive of the technological robot of the lathe robotic complex

In the article the questions of experimental researches of static characteristics of electrohydraulic step linear drive of the industrial robot used for automation of operations of "loading-unloading" of products in lathes with numerical control are considered. The method of carrying out the experiment in obtaining the static characteristics of the drive was based on the determination of the experimental dependences of the values of one specific drive parameter when the second parameter was changed in a steady state corresponding to the motion with a constant speed.

METHODS OF CONTROL AND DIAGNOSTICS IN MECHANICAL ENGINEERING

Kormiltseva M. F., Levkova Yu. V. — The informative parameters justification at ultrasonic control of carbon-carbon composite materials

In the work the existing types of carbon-carbon composite materials (CCCM), defects in them, as well as informative parameters of ultrasonic quality control are analysed. To assess the quality of samples made from CCCM with a needle-punched frame, a shadow method of ultrasonic control was chosen. The quality evaluation was carried out by using the amplitude and time parameters and signal spectrum. As a result of the study of defect-free and defective samples, it was possible to establish that the use of a complex analysis of selected informative parameters makes it possible to assess the quality of samples from the CCCM.

The main aspects of the integrated system for ensuring the quality of fuel-distribution units of JSC MPO-Rumyantsev for competitive aircraft engines are adduced. The main technologies for processing parts, increasing the technical level of control and measuring equipment, radical upgrading of the professional level of personnel, forming the ideology of "built-in quality" are separated. The further solution of problems will be carry out by joining to the basic quality management system of the environmental management system in accordance with GOST R ISO 14001—2015, industrial safety and health protection system in accordance with GOST 12.0.230—2017 (OHSAS 18001) and "lean production" system.
