Zandberg A. S. – Design basis of the trunk pipelines welded sealing constructions. Steel connectors and T-bends

Stressed states of cylindrical pipe unions and of unloading collar couplings are estimated. The latter serve as load-carrying ability regaining of the main pipeline sections with metal loss of different origin. Also the stressed state estimate is carried out for sheltering branch pipe, for collarpatched branch and split T-joints used as repair housing, which prevent loss of sealing of the unused engineering fittings.

Novikov O. M., Persidsky A. S., Radko E. P., Baranovsky A. V., Khasyanov B. A. – Influence of the protective gas variable composition on the aluminium welds properties at arc welding

The results of the influence of an alternation in the composition of gas shield in the energy parameters and the section of arc stream in the shielding gas are given. It is shown that an alternation in the composition of shielding gas from helium to argon occurs a cyclic short-term increase in the pressure of welding arc, and also is observed the splash of the value of welding current. An alternation of the composition of shielding gaseous medium in the zone of arc contributes to the refinement of the structure of seam and to an increase in the resistance of aluminum alloys to the formation of crystallization cracks.

Lookin V. I., Ioda Ye. N., Bazeskin A. V., Lavrenchook V. P., Kotelnikova L. V., Oglodkov M. S. – Reliability improvement of the welded joints from the high-strength aluminium-lithium alloy V-1461 (B-1461)

Adding material to weld alloy V-1461 is selected, which provides higher fracture toughness, corrosion resistance and mechanical properties. Welded joints tests results are given: static tension, bending angle, weld metal impact strength and low-cycle fatigue testing. It is established that application of the percussion ultrasonic machining allows for increasing by a factor of ten values of the low-cycle fatigue of the welds due to nanostructured surface layer formation. Level of the welds’ residual stress is determined.

Donchenko Ye. A., Tkachook V. D. – Sectional area calculation of the weld seam at machine welding and building-up

Impact of welding variables on fusion area and value of coefficient of thermal efficiency under permanent rate of energy input when beading automatically a solid piece has been examined. Correction factors P allowing to calculate the fusion area by use of well-known but corrected N. N. Rikalin equation for point permanent fast moving heat source on the surface of a solid piece have been determined.

Novokreschenov V. V., Rodyakina R. V., Myakishev Yu. V., Sliva A. P. – Estimation of the degree of ionization of the penetration channel vapor phase at electron-beam welding

Quantitative assessment of the plasma formation in the penetration channel vapor phase is carried out using models of plasma kinetic theory. Influence of the target particles’ density on their ionization process by electron beam electrons is established.

PRODUCTION SECTION

Tsumarev Yu. A., Kulikov V. P., Klochkov V. N., Sheleg V. K. – Edge shape optimization for permanent fillet-welded joints

Permanent fillet-welded joint constructions are offered. They are characterized by bevels’ depth which decreases as it moves from the seam edge to its centre. It is established that when carrying out permanent joints with bevel of variable depth, added metal shrinkage is 35 % and corresponding reduction of the process resource intensity without decreasing load-carrying ability of the joining.

Karabakhin V. G., Zorkina N. A. – Antifriction deposition on titanium alloys

An antifriction layer deposition technique is worked out for titanium components. It allows continuously regulate added metal hardness in a wide range, at the same time it is simple and economical.
Key words: titanium, wear resistance, antifriction deposition, seal face

Paliyevskaya Ye. A., Sidlin Z. A. – Problems of the raw materials sources for welding electrodes production. Electrode wire

Electrode production issues are considered, and in particular the wire which in many respects determines quality of the coated electrodes.
Key words: electrode, wire, quality, extreme deviation

Mchedlov S. G. – Gas-thermal deposition chamber

On the base of the published paper and research results of the gas-thermal deposition forming procedure at strengthening and rehabilitation of the component working surface regarding sanitary-and-hygienic and environmental conditions arising at carrying out gas-thermal deposition operation a construction of gas-thermal deposition chamber is designed showing operator’s higher proofness against noise damage in a broad band of audio frequencies.

ECONOMICS AND PRODUCTION ORGANIZATION

Tochilin O. V. – Analysis of problems and methods of crisis managment at industrial production engineering

The term "crisis management" in the Russian context the present difficult times already well established and is very important. The need for the AU is determined by the development objectives of socio-economic systems (SES) and the existence of risks and development of the crisis. In some areas and spheres of human activity, including in the scientific and practical, you can use a PC using its FPGA for analysis, comparison, evaluation and results. This principle of operation can be widely used in the regulation (control) as a market economy at the macro level of national economies, and micro-level analysis, diagnosis and management decisions.
Key words: crisis management, PC, FPGA, socio-economic systems

EDUCATION & PERSONNEL TRAINING

Korshunova Ye. D., Merkulov A. V. – Organizational support of the industrial enterprises by experienced personnel on the base of out-staffing introduction

Nowadays more and more Russian enterprises are applying labile forms of employment (outstaffmg and outsourcing). The article focuses more detailed on organizational and legal provision of outstaffmg, its advantages and possible risk. The article brings up an example of outstaffmg application at an industrial plant and reveals advantages and significance of its introduction.
