Research results of the effect of the bottom-most part shape on the structure features and defect formation mechanism in the forging ingots and forged pieces for turbogenerator rotary shafts, as well as results of the mechanical test of the turbogenerator rotary shafts forged from both common ingots and ingots with concave bottom-most part are given.

Tool making technique for tooth gear processing, including long-pitch cylindrical gears, is improved. Construction and manufacturing technique of the sharpened involute end mills on NC machine are worked out. Application of the newly-designed tool provides productivity improvement and higher processing accuracy of the toothed gears as compared to the backed-off milling cutters.

Isakov D. V. — Grinding operations designing by the results of abrasive wheels tests

Results of the experimental work and theoretical study conducted in the Urals research institute for abrasives and grinding (UralNIIASh) are given. Grinding disks test procedure aimed at obtaining data for grinding operations designing is developed, as well as a way of data presentation in the form of test sheets and their application when designing grinding operations of different types.

The article describes the production mathematic model, which describe cutting heat resistant alloy of nickel by ball noise endmill. According the result of experimental research the author got model of cutting heat resistant alloy, which allowed to fix the cutting conditions, it ensure essential roughness of surface.

Stabilisation of backlashes in steams of a friction the bearing-neck at a stage of their manufacturing is provided with the dimensional communications of assembly knot considering total errors of machining and assemblage of semiapertures of radical support, bearings and necks of a cranked shaft. These communications and variability of links in dimensional chains influence the cores technical and economic on-kazateli working capacity of bearings. Use of precision technologies for perfection of methods of assemblage allows to compensate errors of machining and to reach structurally and technological maintenance of quality.
