Meyster R. A., Nakladych V. A., Meyster A. R. — Special features of aluminium MIG surfacing and welding using small current

When powered by a single phase arc rectifier with capacitor voltage multiplier and consumable aluminum wire diameter of 0,8 and 1,2 mm in argon provided sustained arcing at a current exceeding 12 A. Seams are formed with an automatic and mechanized welding products with thickness of 0,35 mm or more. The process proceeds with short circuits. Defined parameters of metal transfer in the arc.
Key words: MIG-welding, reversed polarity, deformation, short circuits, arc metal transfer

Scherbakov A. V., Goncharov A. L., Portnov M. A. — Research physical-and-mathematical model of heat-transfer processes at electron-beam welding of arbitrary shaped products

Physical-mathematical model of electron beam welding, taking into account the deformation of the surface of the weld pool and the angular aperture of the electron beam is proposed. The results of the simulation of welding butt weld parts made of bronze БрХ1Цр compared with experimental data. The analysis of the results is carried out. Recommendations for the use of physical-mathematical model of the design process of electron beam welding of arbitrary shape parts in deep penetration, as well as for process control in automatic mode, are developed.
Key words: electron beam welding, physical-mathematical model, bronze, deep penetration

Son Y. V., Kim V. V., Usmanov Т., Khusainov I. A., Kush M., Saidov R. M. — Upgrading welded joints of aluminium-magnesium alloys at arc laser welding using special fluxes

Research results of combined arc laser welding of AlMg3 and AlMg4,5Mn aluminium-magnesium alloys using special fluxes are covered. As a result virtue weld seams are obtained for the aluminium-magnesium plates up to 4 mm thick using 985 watt laser radiation capacity, 120 A arc current and 24 cm/min welding rate.
Key words: arc laser welding, fluxes, aluminium-magnesium alloys

Boulkov A. B., Peshkov V. V., Petrenko V. R., Balbekov D. N. — Analysis of metal deformation process in the diffusion welding zone of titanium shell-type constructions

Results of the investigation carried out on the OT4-1-alloy samples imitating two-layer shell-type construction are covered. It is established that the factor influencing on the welding process development and on the diffusive joint quality is the contact pressure distribution pattern along the surface width of joint. Numerical simulation data has shown that deflected mode arising in the contact zone is conditioned by friction forces and by influence of the welded workpieces deformation; it has adverse effect on the development of physical contact between welded surfaces.
Key words: diffusion welding, titanium joints, mode of deformation
