The paper deals with the interaction of hydrogen with structural defects. Found that defects decisive effect on the amount of accumulated hydrogen. Shown that increasing the number of defects is possible using pulsed electrolysis and heat treatment. Proposed technological modes of formation of metallic structures to efficiently store hydrogen.

The build-up during cutting is a part left over after the chip forming completion formed on the surface of the cutting edge in plastic domain. The shape and dimensions of the build-up characterize congestive plastic zone at the tip of the blade. Dead zone changes schema of forces application to the elements of the system of cutting, which affects the tool life. The build-up formed at the cutting edge and at the tips of the microroughnesses of the work surface has identical origin. The article shows that this type of microroughnesses cannot be predicted by calculation.

Khaldeyev V. N. — Assurance of form accuracy in electroerosion manufacturing process of spherical surfaces

Variation in electric parameters of electric erosion machining of spherical surfaces using a self-profiling tool method leads to the electrode gap value change. In its turn, it results in poor machined surface shape precision. To eliminate the shape error, the allowance, whose minimum value has been found analytically, should be specified for further machining. The experiment has supported the proposed technique validity.

Markov A. M., Lebedev P. V. — Force characteristic dependence of the inside threading process in the components from high strength polymer composites

In work the parities received by authors for calculation of total section a cut off layer, total length of cutting edges, to definition of variable distance a cutting edge from an axis of a tap and to twisting moment definition at the carving manufacturing are resulted, allowing to make a theoretical estimation of target parameters (reliability, accuracy, productivity etc.) for taps with the changed geometry.

The article presents the results of control system retrofit for the pipe bending machine STG-3А. It also describes features of control program design and of development of the pipe-bending automatic technology on the retrofitted machine. It is shown that it is expedient to carry out numerically control output and bending technique development when the machine is in no-operation mode.

Combined with the process of the plasma powder surfacing forging of the surfaced layers is effective in restoring worn frogs of turn-outs. It was determined in the article the effect of the impact energy on the structure and basic properties of the layers. We offer a method for testing materials and coatings for resistance against abrasive wear, and give results of comparative tests.

Zhetesova G. S., Zharkevich O. M., Pleshakova E. A. — Investigation of the hardening gas-thermal coating properties for the componentry of vertical hydrostandards of powered roof support

This article describes problem of rods abrasive wear of mechanical supports. In the article is proposed use of coatings X18N10T, CuAl8 and two wires pseudo alloyed coating X18N10T + CuAl8, deposited by arc spraying using the method of arc spraying. Microhardness of X18N10T, CuAl8, X18N10T + CuAl8 coatings is determined. Residual stresses are defined in the thermal spray coatings according to their thickness.

Kalyuta A. A., Rudzey G. F., Vakhnicheva M. G. — Fatigue life investigation of bolting and polymeric compensating fillers

We studied the effects of different compensation options of technological errors in the compounds (by steel insert, layers of polymer compensating filler) on static strength and fatigue life of the bolting samples from steel 30KhGSA under standard conditions, as well as after complex aging. We took filler VZ-27MV of different thickness (1 and 2 mm) and filler ZP-3 approx. 1 mm thick. Taking into consideration strength and life criteria we showed a possibility of the polymer compensating filler application in the connection of highly critical structural elements. Thickness range of the filler VZ-27MV was identified.

Isakayev E. Kh., Mordynsky V. B., Tyuftyayev A. S., Khachaturova A. G. — Characteristic hydraulic number calculation of the initial plasmatron area by the method of equivalent properties

On the basis of the presented mathematical model we obtained radial profiles of temperature and flow velocity in the channel of the plasmatron. Using method of equivalent properties we calculated hydraulic resistance coefficient and Reynolds number for nitrogen and argon. We obtained a satisfactory agreement between the calculation and the experimental data.

Ryabkov O. Yu. — Pressing problems of intellectual property commercialization in the Russian organizations

The article considers topical issues of intellectual property commercialization in the Russian organizations, the solution of which requires the improvement of the system of state management of intellectual property. The aim of this study is to identify practical recommendations to improve the commercialization of intellectual property in the Russian organizations. Within the study we carried out a statistical analysis of the market of intellectual property in Russia and compared it with the market of the United States; we also analyzed the demand for training in the field of intellectual property on the Russian labor exchange. In conclusion, we suggested practical recommendations for improving the functioning of the system of intellectual activities rights management.
