In this article descusses the thermoelastic state of the axisymmetric body in the presence of a temperature gradient via contact layer reheating is considered, the possibility of thermoplastic deformation appearance in the surface layer and the residual stresses formation during the subsequent cooling is estimated. Limit temperature conditions, which exceeding catises residual stresses, are definded for steel metal products.

Ivanov D. V., Ivanov V. S. — Formation of the structure — assembly decisions for turn-milling machines

From the analysis is determined that the cardinal problem decision of the blade machining efficiency increasing is the machine tools creature from the methods of forming multiple blade forming methods.
With regard to the processing of products such as bodies of rotation such a way is turn-milling in which the detail circumferential speed many times exceeds the speed of the circular feed speed of the instrument. Turn-milling, combining advantages multiblade cutting and tangentuial turning, allows intensifying cutting parameters and improving its performance compared to the turning from 1,5 to 2 times. The most rational is the structure and layout formation of the turn-mill machine on the basis of lathe or milling machine through the use of the principle of modular construction.
The proposed vectorial formalization of the relative position detail and tool with respect to the cutting area is universal to different processing circuits and is the basis for modeling the formation processes, analysis tasks decision and parametric synthesis.
The stages of the machine tool layout formation are adduced. Structure formalization principles, reflecting the quantitative and qualitative composition, the method of connection on and coordinate belonging its units are stated.
The layouts of the turn-mill machine tools pilot samples are represented.

MACHINE-ASSEMBLING PRODUCTION

Bulygin I. A., Strogova O. V., Makarov A. F. — Effect of joint assembly with high strength thin-walled bush on the stress concentration in the bulkhead

The calculating model is adduced and stress-strain state from an external load in the plate with an eccentrically located hole in which is set a thin-walled high-strength bush with clearence fit or with interference fit is determined by finite element method.
Reasonability of the bush placing in the joint assembly hole with radial interference is determined on the example with the specific value of the design-technological parameters. At the transmission both compressive and tensile loading stress concentration decreases and improving the working conditions of such assemble are improved.

The concept of a systematic approach to the permanent connections creature technik based on the interaction of technical solutions in the field of welding, soldering, bonding and mechanical connection, which covers the design, manufacture, as well as activities carried out after the formation of a direct connection. This approach is conforms to the principle of necessary variety, provides high efficiency based on the principles of hierarchy, decomposition and feedback. At design proposed to use assembly of mixe (hybrid) type, examples and classification of this assembly are adduced.

Ivanayskiy А. V., Ivanayskaya Т. S. — Creature of the slide bearings with low-frequency vibrational cavitation application

The technological process of materials obtaining for slide bearings through the use of the effect of liquid matrix and alloying components cavitation is developed. The conditions for the solid particles entry into the molten matrix and the low-frequency vibrational modes of treatment are defined.
It is shown that the developed technology allows to obtain new materials with given structure and properties from structural and soft materials with the addition of hard particles of the casting silvery graphite.

The questions of non-destructive control technologies (acoustic, radiation, magnetic, eddy current, laser-optical) serving to determine the material solidity and quantitative values of certain characteristics of the object are shown. It this article the subject of interest are mainly companies engaged in the development and industrial production of diagnostic equipment wide application, various facilities, converters, auxiliary devices. These technologies are used in the petrochemical, aerospace, automotive, energy and other industries. The parameters of the test equipment and data from a number of leading manufacturers of such equipment in the United States, Europe, Japan and some other countries are adduced.

Shiganov I. N., Samarin P. E. — Modelling of physical processes of interaction of SiC particles with molten aluminum at the injection laser

This work is devoted to modeling process of penetration of SiC particles in molten surface produced by powerful laser radiation of the aluminum alloy. Creation of such surfaces allows significantly increasing the wear resistance of aluminum alloy. Physical and mathematical model describe necessary technological conditions for penetration of particles to a depth up to 1,5—2,0 mm.
The results of calculations are confirmed experimentally.
