The main types of defects, that appears during induction narrow-zoned bending of thin-walled tubes using in rocketry, are reviewed. The methods of defects rates calculation are given. The main ways of defects rates reduction are also given.

Demidov V. V. — The error determining methodology of helical gears teeth profile machined using the modularity worm hob

It is known that with a positive rake angles increase of the modularity worm hob (MWH) the tool live of the hob increases, and the accuracy of the gears teeth profile is reduced by the amount of "additional" errors that depend on the values of the rake angle. In this connection it is necessary to assign such values of the rake angle, which simultaneously ensure the requirements fulfilment over the precision accuracy of the gear teeth profil and the maximum possible increase the tool live of the hob under these conditions. It is shown that the definition methodology of the helical gears tooth profile errors on the grounds of MWH teeth profile deflection from the theoretically exact profile do not provide receipt the error values with the required accuracy.

Ivanov D. V. — A numerical method for solving a model of the process of obtaining the gap in technological systems with cycloidal scheme of forming

For modeling process of forming cycloidal used the principle of relativity of motion, according to which the workpiece and the associated coordinate system is fixed against rotation and the tool is misleading converts the rotational motion around the part. The source vector model cycloidal cracks forming, which determines the trajectory of the relative motion of the cutter, as the locus of the radius-vector shaping. Given a parametric entry model in the form of four equations, functionally linking the coordinates of the cycloidal profile details geometricheskimi and kinematic parameters.
The model has no exact solution, because its parametric equations contain transcendental functions, whereby the variables cannot be expressed explicitly. The proposed numerical method for solving models of forming slits by using recurrence relations and iterative algorithm. The method allows for any and non-zero margin of error calculation to provide a lower computational error.

MACHINE-TOOL AND CUTTING TOOLS PRODUCTION

Chigarev V. V., Golub D. М. — The systems alloying analysis of the welded punch for cold metal deformation (Review)

Two die steels alloying system were analyzed (with a carbide and intermetallic hardening). The analysis showed high metal characteristics of the different alloying systems. Heat resistance 100Х4M5Ф2 (Zr) alloy is not inferior to high-speed steel P18, and the hardness of 58—62 HRC at the expense of the carbide strengthening. The 8Х4ГСВ2M5Ф2T alloy obtained relative durability (ε = 2,65), impact strength (0,28 MJ/m2) and hardness (HRC 55). The highest wear resistance has K15M15Н5Х3Б2 alloy having a combination of properties after heat treatment toughness (0,1 MJ/m2) and hardness (39 HRC). Durability is 2—2,5 times higher than that of high speed steel and P18 in 6—6,5 times higher than X12 and X12M steels.

The paper presents the results of investigation of the thermal effectiveness assessment of the process of plasma-jet surfacing by powder materials which provides faster thermal saturation and metal powder particle melting in comparison with solid metal of an item. The regularities of the influence of the process technological parameters on the formation of coating layer on the elements being reconditioned by plasma-jet surfacing are determined on their basis.

Kozhevnikov V. Yu., Kharazov V. G. — Metallographic analysis of the seam at the automatic TIG welding through the use of nonconsumable electrode

The investigation results of welding joint quality obtained on the automatic installation USKT at TIG welding through the use of nonconsumable electrode are adduced. Metallographic analysis of the welding joint was carried out by means of the microhardness gage pmt-3 and image processing program Altami Studio 3.2.

The work is dedicated to development of program and mathematical software of non-contact method of metrological control of parameters such as wafer surfaces bulky items for special purposes.
The proposed method includes laser scanning product receiving surface and the point cloud processing including sieving statistic filtering emissions based segmentation kd-tree analysis using original algorithms. The results of testing of the developed program and mathematical software in field experiments.

Ogolikhin V. М., Shemelin S. D. — The model creature for the copper cladding technology of the steel chamber walls by means of the explosion energy

The models possibility usage of technical systems (TS) for testing of the explosion cladding layout in order to reduce material costs and time for technology testins is shown. Some technological methods such as the usage of a fraction with water or planking, allowing to change the power, configuration and location of the used explosive charge substance at cladding preparing with any metal of the object internal surfaces without overall dimensions increasing of the cladded objects are adduced.
