Kondratyev S. Yu., Khaydorov A. D. — Thermocyclic treatment of the cast high-speed steel R6M5 (P6M5)

Research results of the thermocyclic treatment effect on the structure of the cast high-speed steel Р6М5Ш are given. The treatment is conducted between preliminary isothermal annealing and final triple-temper hardening. It is shown that thermocyclic treatment is an effective production step, positively influencing on the microstructure of the cast high-speed steel due to amount reduction of the ledeburitic eutectic, crushing and downsizing of the carbide lattice, diminishing of the carbide inhomogeneity, carbide size and composition changes.

In article is resulted a technique of an estimation of expenses of energy at milling difficultly processed a material. The estimation technique is based on registration of capacity with use of the personal computer, spent for allowance removal. The results received by authors, can be used for a corbel of optimum modes of processing of titanic alloys.

Crankshaft restoration by supersonic arc spraying technique is considered. The restored crankshafts have higher wear-resistance and of course high service life resource. The supersonic arc spraying technique features high saving rate, because first cost of the remanufactured parts is very slight and makes approximately 5–10 % of a new crankshaft cost.

Research results of the kinetic energy recuperation processes in the rotary-shock drive allowing accumulating kinetic energy at high angular starting distance of inertia masses with regulated frequency and impact energy are covered. Application guidelines on the kinetic energy recuperation drive construction under research are developed aimed at creating hardware of civil and defence purposes at simultaneous impact and centrifugal load test of products, as well as in case of usage as shock pulse shaper in perforators, rock drills, mechanized hammers, tups et al.

Ruslyakov D. V., Pershin V. A. — Investigation of the condensed refrigerant phase state in the household compression refrigeration condenser

The condition of cooling agent in the household use refrigerator condenser is analyzed in the article. The dynamics of the condenser temperature change is traced at reference points of condensator during the on-cycle. The intensity of the process is theoretically stated and approved. This indicator let us judge about the coolant agent condition and as a result execute real transfer line length correction or correction of the other condenser’s parameters, influencing, for example, dissipation of heat.

State-of-the-art measuring technology must be precise, rapid, automated and integrated with/into other working operations. Practical approach to problem-solving of measurement data report automatic generation in accordance with adjustable marking of forms applied at a plant is considered. The suggested method allows for setting up automatic generation, it may be adapted to different software for coordinate measuring machines and additionally togenerate PDF reports is uses only free software.
