Special features of gas-turbine engine blades band grinding at NC-controlled multi-axes machines are considered. Mathematical dependences for obtaining machined surface profile are given. Improvement in machining accuracy is gained while surface layer required quality is conserved.

Questions of insufficient efficiency of existing methods of definition of the abrasive grains’ shape factor are considered. The new estimation of the particles’ shape is offered. It enables to solve a problem of technological process of producing by means of sievefree vibratory classification of abrasive grains having "programmed" shape.

Khokhlov A. A., Savrukhin A. V., Kodylev A. V. — Traction surface wear resistance estimation of the automatic couplers made from steel of different grades

Performance tests results of a lot of automatic hitches with hardened plates of enhanced reliability are covered. Data on traction surface deterioration of serial and pilot coupler carriers allowed estimating effectiveness of introducing suggestions on improving shape and placement of the hardening plates, and influence on the life time up to the first surfacing repair. Life time boundary values of the automatic hitches equipped by plates of improved wear resistance are obtained.

Ways to reduce vibration of analytic-processing and manufacturing equipment are considered. Vibroprotection system of the objects of electronic machine and tooling industry is offered. The system is realized on the four levels, i.e. on the house footing, in equipment, equipment functional units, on the object and substrate holders. Engineering solutions for the means of vibration reduction are suggested for every level of vibroprotection system.
