Treschalin M. Yu., Dyshenko V. S., Klyuyev M. B. — Fibrous base impregnation process features while creating composite materials

A technique of obtaining composites based on isotropic fibrous structures is considered. Production process of composites and articles of manufacture from them on the base of different cloth and nonwoven reinforcing frames using epoxy as a binder is described.

Grigoryev S. N., Tereshin M. V. — Cutting process on-line control by cutting power

Capability of full use of tool resources at lower probability of its functional failure as a result of extremely gross wear by on-line control of cutting operations by cutting power is shown. Sequence of cutting process control operations is developed by an example of turning steel 45 by three-edged disposable cutters.

Grigoryev S. N. — Domestic machine tool industry as an instrument of machine-building production modernization and development

In order to accelerate development of the engineering industry a modernization of the Russian machine building enterprises at a stepped-up pace is required because now these plants are generally equipped with process environment outdated both morally and physically. Thereby a task of technological re-equipment of the enterprises, particularly such first-priority industries as defence industrial, aviation-and-space, power machine-building, and shipbuilding complexes becomes of paramount importance.

Bushuyev V. V., Molodtsov V. V. — High-speed integral-motor spindle designing features of the main motion drive for metal-cutting machines of the drilling-milling-boring series

Construction features of high-speed integral-motor spindles (HSMS) of the main motion drive and basic subsystems of HSMS are considered. Certain requirements to the machines of the drilling-milling-boring series when using HSMS are covered, as well as special features of their installation and operation.

Volosova M. A., Grigoryev S. N., Cherkasova N. Yu. — Upgrading performance parameters of the ceramic machine tooling by abrasion and deposition

Ceramic tooling has great usage potential at processing tough steel and alloys, but as a result of higher brittleness it does not provide reliability goal of cutting operations. Aimed at higher performance criteria of the ceramic cutting tool it is suggested to use a combined processing, i.e. planetary pregrinding of the plate surface followed by vacuum-plasma coating from (TiCr)N, (ZrCrHf)N and others.

Teleshevsky V. I., Shulepov A. V., Rozdina Ye. M. — Methods of increasing accuracy of multipurpose and toolmaker's computer measuring microscopes

Problems of computerizing and intellectualization of multipurpose and toolmaker's measuring microscopes are considered. Methods of upgrading edge pointing accuracy on the prismatic- and cylindrical-shaped objects are suggested. These methods are based on the mathematical optics inverse solutions. Application of the created algorithms allows for measuring prismatic and cylindrical parts with high accuracy without use of measuring knives.

Kutin A. A., Turkin M. V. — FMS operating effectiveness increase in modern machine-building industry

Design and implementation issues of highly effective machine-building technologies ensuring efficient functioning of FMS of new generation are considered. It is shown that integrated problem solution including process design automation combined with attachments creation, tooling backup, quality control of products and system diagnostics.

Kosarev V. A. — Promising technique of planetary hole-making operations in components

A new processing technique of female thread and holes using tool orbiting motion with front guideway is considered. It allows for surface processing in holes deeper than those used at cutting by standard tool for planetary operations. On the base of comparative experiments and analysis of their results possibility of such processing is confirmed with guaranteed precision of the obtained thread in the range of 6H–7G.

Volkov A. E., Zhuchkov I. V., Medvedev V. I. — Surface shaping modelling of bevel drives with circular-arc teeth with small crossed axes angle

Design procedure of average-sized machine setting for processing teeth of relatively small bevel gears with large cone radius is covered. Such wheels are used in bevel drives with small crossed axes angle. Examples of setting design assuring teeth localized contacts are given.

Issues of creation, commercialization and management of intellectual activity results of the institutions of higher education in Russia and major approaches to intangible assets management are considered. Existing complicacy in creation, economic introduction and management of the intellectual activity results and ways of their solution from improvement of laws on intellectual property up to personnel training in this field are stated.
