BLANK PRODUCTION

Kukartsev V. A. — Resource increase of the induction crucible furnace of power-line frequency at the temperature above 1550 °С

Combination of substantial and grain composition of a material used in the suggested refractory body allows to obtain rammed lining with high-level physical and ceramic properties after sintering the material according to specified conditions. The lining shows steadiness at 1550—1600 °C. In the presence of fused white alumina in the composition of different fractions provides obtainment of a durable recast course which enhances its wear resistance and refractory property.

Quality research results of the material surface layer of machine components are described. This layer is obtainable after machining by plastic forming. The character, distribution and depth the distorted ply established which were obtained on the surface at thread rolling. Microhardness and microstructure of the surface layer of the thread materials rolled on various structural materials were investigated.

Bekrenev N. V., Brzhozovsky B. M., Nasad V. V., Petrovsky A. P., Sarsengaliyev A. M. — Research of ultrasonic reaming of deep pinholes in the components made from heavy-duty materials

Researches of expansion of openings with a diameter of 3—5 mm in titanic alloys, corrosion-proof and heat resisting steel in comparison with steel 45 with the message to the instrument of ultrasonic fluctuations through an intermediate free body and direct contact are executed. Considerable reduction of the moment of cutting and decrease in a roughness of a surface and opening deviation from roundness that allows to increase efficiency of processing of exact openings in details from the studied materials is established.

TOOLING PRODUCTION

Tabakov V. P., Saguitov D. I. — Wear-resistance increase of thread turning tool

Thread cutting process contact quality, heat and strained states of the wedge of lathe threading tool were analysed, new multilayer wear-resistant coatings were offered. Calculation procedure is developed in which regularity of power load distribution on the contact areas is taken into consideration, the loading caused by constraint of the thread cutting process. Efficiency of the developed sandwich coating is assessed.

Truskovsky V. I. — Efficiency of packet blanks open yield when manufacturing abrasive rubber bond tool

The new ways allowing essentially to reduce unevenness of deformation on volume of pressed preparations are offered, to eliminate formation of barrel at opened a deposit, to exclude emergence having stratified and cracks on a lateral surface of preparations, dependences for determination of the amount of initial ring preparations received by cutting down from flat hire on the knife stamps, providing effective two-phasic pressing of multilayered preparations in one compression mold are offered.

Estimation results of the diamond tooling granularity influence on roughness parameters at polymer composites machining were investigated. Granularity index of the diamond tool is to be assigned with account taken of the given diagrammes to achieve the best processing of polymer composites.

The paper discusses aspects of chromium electrolytes based on its lower grade compounds. The need for the use of these electrolytes is dictated by the problems of environmental improvements in electroplating. Discusses the causes of difficulties of practical use of these electrolytes to replace the existing technologies based on chromate compounds.

An automated procedure of controlling lock valves hermeticity is described. It is implemented on the base of a portable multifunctional instrument UNISCOPE. The device defects lock valves leakage by 1 litre per minute and above. Any lock valve, i.e. cock, latch, valve, disc gate, etc., may be taken under control in case its face-to-face diameter is 50—1000 mm.

Mathematical model of wear resistant dependencies were analysed. A selection of a mathematical model for estimating drill operation time is substantiated; the survival probability is 95 per cent under conditions of variation of cutting speed and diameter.

Power inputs at wear-resistant surfacing on functional surfaces of automatic coupler using different reinforcement techniques are considered. Comparison of energy intensity is drawn by measurement of temperature fields’ kinetics using infrared imager. Temperature distribution along coupler shank is shown.
