Sidorov V. P., Fedyakin V. A., Kutulbaev R. B. — Speed melting research of covered electrodes

Irregularity degree of covered electrode fusion speed because of its heating by passing current of electric arc was deducted from experiments. The fusion speed increase in the course of time can be described by linear dependence with high precision. The fusion speed increase by the end of electrode incineration is 42 % in comparison with initial speed. And the average speed is l7,7 % higher than initial speed. Calculation methodology of initial speed of covered electron fusion according to electrode wire fusion speed when automatic submerged-arc welding is taken place is established.

Anakhov S. V., Pykin Yu. A., Matushkin A. V. — Acoustic safety analysis of the narrow-jet metal cutting plasmatrons

Two constructions of metal cutting plasmatron, working by narrow jet (exact or compressed) plasma technology, are presented. Directions of this plasmatron modernization, made with the account of author’s principles and methods of plasmatron designing are shown. The analysis of designing efficiency by acoustic safety criteria is lead. Results of the comparative analysis of noise characteristics for domestic and foreign metal cutting plasmatrons in the sound and ultrasonic ranges of noise emission are presented. Advantages of new narrow jet plasmatron by acoustic safety criteria in comparison both with the base model, and with the investigated plasmatrons are shown.

Grigoryants A. G., Stavertiy A. Ya., Bazaleeva K. O., Yudina T. Yu., Smirnova N. A., Tretyakov R. S., Misyurov A. I. — Laser cladding composite wear-resistant coatings based on nickel reinforced with tungsten carbide

The phase-structural state of the gradient coating produced by laser pad by using the tungsten carbide powders in cobalt envelop arid nickel alloy is researched. It is found that the structure contains carbide WC, the particles of which are arranged in the spherical agglomerates, Ni solid solution alloyed with iron and cobalt, Me7W6, intermetallic phase, where Me = Fe, Cr, and an oxide CrO2. It Is shown that in the layers subjected to reheating, more complete dissolution of carbide agglomerates and formation of chrom containing inclusions take place. The distribution of elements and microhardness values over the cross section of deposited coatings is researched.

Sakhno L. I., Sakhno O. I., Dubitskiy S. D., Valkov V. V., Zaryvaev R. G. — Using the finite element method for calculation of the integrated transformer resistance welding machines

The electromagnetic and thermal calculation methodology of the transformer for resistance-welding machines is considered. The existing calculation methodology of such transformers is based on the calculation principles for ordinary power transformers and features inherent resistance-welding machines, are taken into account in the form of empirical data corrections. It is proposed to supplement the existing methodology with numerical simulation algorithms of electromagnetic and temperature fields. The calculation of the short-circuit impedance and thermal analysis in iteratively short-time mode are shown as an example of a transformer for large resistance-welding machine. Methodical questions of numerical simulation and the coincidence degree of the modeling and classical calculation results are discussed.

In the paper questions are considered related to the electric-arc pad restoration of the pipeline wall geometry after removal of operational surface crack-like corrosion defects by means of grinding.

Shiganov I. N., Misyurov A. I., Trushnikov A. N., Kholopov A. A., Blinkov V. V. — Hybrid laser-arc welding of the aluminum alloys

The features of the aluminum alloys laser welding through the use of laser and arc heat sources are considered. The advantages and disadvantages of these methods are noted. Experimental work on the combination of the laser and the arc heat sources for welding aluminum alloys is carried out. Equipment for hybrid technology is presented. Technological parameters influencing on the external formation of welded joints are established. The welding specific technological modes of the aluminum alloy 1424 thickness of 4.0 mm are developed. Qualitative welding joint on alloy 1424 thickness of 4.0 mm by means of hybrid laser-arc welding are derived.

Rozinov A. Ya., Beskrovny A. Yu. — Konstruktively-technological improvement of mechanization means for mounting assembly of the metalware casing junction

The design scheme and operation principle of the existing portable mechanization means and technological features of their application at casing junction assembly is considered; structural and technological features used tooling and assembly equipment are described, an analysis of the represent physiology at casing junction assembly, including static and dynamic loading of the hands when carrying over, holding and application of assemble means on different levels in relation to the height of the worker body is represented, the maximum allowable weight and size parameters of portable mechanization means for casing junction assemble are determined, the results of the fulfiled constructive and technological improvement, that provide the development of new specialized mechanization means of the pneumohydraulic activity for casing junction assemble are adduced.

This article is devoted to development of guidelines of road mapping in planning development of technological component of the national security strategy.
Making the "road map" contributes the optimization process which helps to achieve the aim in the severe limitations of the existing resources keeping in mind as controlled as uncontrolled factors.
Such findings (the road map) could be considered a scientific novelty.

The article describes features of working out of test tasks taking into account the open plan of each lecture, including topics sub-themes and units, connecting them with each other according to the working program of discipline "Technology of constructional materials". It is shown in detail how the frontier control of students allows to solve problems of a phased transition from one level to another indicators of assimilation by students of the stated training material are called, formulas of their calculations are given, their specifics are opened. While studying this discipline the corresponding conclusions of attendance, progress and interest of students are presented too.
