Tatarinov V. F., Ivanov D. Yu. — Application of the three-dimensional carbon nanostructured material in the aerospace and aviation engineering

Many years of domestic and foreign experience shows that more than 80 % of innovation in leading industries branches based on the introduction of new materials. The article examines the application possibility of the three-dimentional nanostructured carbon material (3DN) in aviation and space technology. The history of the development and implementation of the material, its properties are presented. Examples of the 3DN application and the cooperation beginning with enterprises of aviation and space industry are considered. It is shown that the 3DN — material, which have not analog in the world yet, has unique properties. System implementation of the 3DN and materials based on it will permit to improve much of the performance properties, to reduce weight, to increase speed and temperature characteristics of aviation and aerospace technology.

In the paper presented basic facts about beryllium and it’s unique properties, that significance for developing and exploitation devices, including space technics. Reviewed technological features of machining beryllium. Presented works of Beryllium Institute JSC "Kompozit" in domestic space technics projects ("Millimetron", "Basis"), as well as in international projects in elementary particle physics (CERN) and in production beryllium tiles for the first wall of International Thermonuclear Experimental Reactor (ITER).

Bersenev A. G., Razumovskiy I. M. — New solutions in the metallurgical industry

The scientific and technical activities results of JSC "Composite" employees in the field of conventional and powder metallurgy (PM) in the last decade are represented. In the traditional ingots metallurgy principal attention is given for developing of the technological principles of the mould structure compaction and for developing mode of the hot isostatic pressing (HIP modes of heat-resistant nickel alloys, titanium-based alloys and aluminum. In PM firstly alloying principles of compacted powder alloys via small additions of surfactants transition metals are developed. Secondly, all parts modernization of the ОАО "Composite" granular metallurgy technological line including the method of the granules doped alloys obtaining, the granules processing and granules compacting by means of HIP. The new developments results of JSC "Composite" in the field of metallurgical production, protected by patents of the Russian Federation.

The article describes the principles and the formulation of the problem of optimization of production capacities of machine-building enterprises, shows different approaches to the methods of support for making optimal design decisions in conditions of uncertainty and risk that accompany the design configuration of production systems in their modernization and improvement. Distinguished and ranked the main factors of optimal capacity utilization, is an example of multi-criteria optimization based on analysis of the table of tests recommended for use when making Pareto-optimal solutions for the technological modernization of the space industry.

Cardinal parts assembly units (PAU) largely determine the parameters of rocket and space technology (ST). PAU are characterized by a complex three-dimensional surfaces that form the geometry of these parts, slackness hull of large parts with high accuracy requirements processing, strict requirements on weight.
