The calculating methodology of the phase transformations kinetics in the alloy ZhС6U and construction of the decay isothermal diagrams, allowing defining and optimizing the heat treatment regimes for the purpose of the heat-resistant nickel alloys reinforcement.

Krushenko G. G. Tsau K. K. — Preventing the formation of hot cracks in the aluminum ingots, received by semi-continuous cast method

The present study was conducted with the aim of preventing the occurrence of tears on the flat ingots, cast aluminum alloy semi-continuous method using two different approaches — the statistical method (passive experiment), and the active method is a modification of the melt. In both cases, the studies were carried out using aluminum, which is poured out of the cell into the mixer. As a result of calculations was obtained linear regression equation linking the number of marriage bars for tears that could affect the appearance of factors: casting speed, the temperature of the casting, the ratio Fe:Si, content of the modifier. When performing an active experiment, the melt of aluminum modified nanopowders titanium nitride TiN or titanium carbonitride TiCN. The result of this work was developed a means of preventing tearing in aluminum ingots, cast semi-continuous way.

Demidov V. V. — The teeth profile accuracy of the helical gears, machined by worm-treated modular mills with positive rake angles

It is determined a significant difference between the influence of the positive rake angles worm-modular mills (WMM) on the tooth profile accuracy of helical gears in comparison to the influence of these angles on the tooth profile accuracy of spur gears. The main factors affecting the accuracy of helical gears tooth profile when WMM processing with positive rake angles are revealed. Regularities of the influence of these factors on the wheels of the tooth profile accuracy are set. The calculation program of the tooth profile error and pitch deviation of the helical gears meshing at WMM machining with positive rake angles is developed.

The article presents the results of the measurement of cutting forces when machining different materials with ultrahigh speeds. It has been proved that in these circumstances the prevailing influence on the amount of plastic deformation resistance in the contact zone has a speed factor.

In the present review describes the features of laser welding of aluminum alloys with similar and fundamentally different materials, a comparison of industrial laser-welding technology with traditional types of welding and discusses issues welding with lasers of various types. Examples of application of technology of laser welding in industry, particularly automotive and aerospace industries and their prospects in the next few years.

Sensors with sensing elements in the form of wire microcoils used in portable handheld devices, such as thermometers, gas analysers and other devices with a sensing elements working temperature 600 °C. The demands of the reliable long-term operation are made to devices. One way to increase the reliability and operating time of the devices is, in particular, the optimal joining way of the mikrocoil to the sensor electrodes.

Based on the analysis of interaction tribomating details, their shapes, and the wear surface of agricultural tractor caterpillar finger can be divided into three zones. In the central zone manifested corrosion abrasion and in external zones — abrasion and mechanical wear, also in external zones of finger subjected to plastic deformation. Precise measurements of worn parts showed that the operating time up to 330 hours moto-mechanical wear finger in extreme areas does not exceed 1,21—1,34 mm, and in the central zone of 0,71—0,74 mm, which is much less defected values. Analysis of the distribution of hardness in the cross section of the new and worn finger showed the inefficiency of the standard coating used parts produced by HFC-heating.
The new construction of the combined hardening coating for caterpillar fingers allows for different zones on the nature of the wear, its intensity, the presence of plastic deformation and consists of a layer of composite boride coating on external zones or the entire cylindrical surface high-speed HFC-boration process with hardness 58—62 HRC and a thickness of 500—800 microns, resistant to plastic deformation base obtained hardened bulk items 50—52 HRC hardness and tempered to a hardness of 17—20 HRC in core.

The description of a method of three expositions, for separate obtaining the main tension by method of holographic photoelasticity with use of two volume models of a rail with inserts from active materials various optically is given. The comparative analysis of experimental data with the analytical solution of a task for a rail which showed good convergence of results is provided.

Ragrin N. А. — The models construction methodology of the tools reliability for the type of production

The concrete physical methods of experimental research activity which are used at creation of models of reliability of tools are presented in article. Lack of models of reliability of tools and techniques of their construction for production type is shown. Techniques of laboratory and production researches, and system of consecutive actions of creation of mathematical models by their results are offered. On concrete examples results of use of the offered methodology are presented. The model of reliability of tools is constructed and an inspection of its economic efficiency is carried out.

There is the problem of obtaining roughness less than Ra 0,63 microns. Оn the inner current-carrying surfaces of the waveguides with rectangular section. Parts quality defects received from enterprise are detected. A new technological process of the waveguides finishing — abrasiveextrusion polishing is proposed. Designed and manufactured accessories for sectional curved waveguides based on computer models of process pressure and strength calculations. Investigations of the manufacturing process were carried out. Pressure parameters on the abrasive mixture are selected. Empirically determined cycles Cycles number of the abrasive mixture repeated pressing is empirically determined for each waveguide type.
