Smirnov V. A. — Study of a blank part temperature field at grinding taking into consideration elastic strain of the technological system components

Results of mathematical modelling and experimental investigation of a blank part temperature field at cylindrical surface grinding are given taking into consideration elastic strain of the technological system components. Finite difference method is used to calculate temperature field of a blank part; a suggestion is worked out to automate calculation.

Dotsenko K. I. — A plain surface magnetic-and-abrasive machining plant

Installation for a finishing magnetic abrasive processing of flat surfaces is created. The design data of installation providing keeping of magnetic abrasive powders and a removal of products of deterioration from a zone of grinding are defined. Optimum conditions for a finishing magnetic abrasive processing of a valve seat of the compressors are established.

Polyakov A. N., Goncharov A. N., Marusich K. V. — Metal-cutting machine-tool thermal strain analysis

Research results of functional relations between temperatures measured in different points of the machine-tool system carriers and temperature coordinate movements are covered. Deckel FP3 drilling-milling machine of high precision (Germany) and drilling-milling-boring NC machine model 400V (public corporation "Sterlitamak М.Т.Е", Russia) were used at full-scale test.

Silchenko P. N., Mikhnev M. M., Koudryavtsev I. V. — Estimation of the technological errors effect on the spacecraft waveguide-distributing systems strength at brazing assembly

The problems of design-theoretical accompaniment of assembly technique by soldering from separate elements of waveguide distributive systems of space communication satellites are considered in this article. It is necessary to minimize accumulated technological errors at their production for provision of local and global strength conditions in any local point; to exclude flexible section opportunity as well as to improve functional operating performance of waveguide distributive systems of cosmic communication satellites as a whole.

A new transportation object, i.e. starter-generator is designed. It is installed aboard and it fulfils two functions – that of a starter and of a generator. Functional devices with non-contact magnetic interaction are considered. These devices are intended for special-purpose hi-tech equipment. Mechanisms design procedure and calculation results for introduced contamination by wear microparticles in the pure vacuum medium which allows creating regular-style design of functional devices and optimizing characteristic of the super high vacuum analytical-and-processing and manufacturing machinery are described.

Results of the air nozzles noise research for forge-and-press machines’ auxiliary mechanisms at forging shops are covered. A design map of an air nozzle for mechanisms of smith's hammers and presses is given, as well as foundation of nozzle design decision is given taking into consideration features of carrying out main production steps.
