Dyurgerov N. G., Lenivkin V. A. — Technological stability of the pulsed arc consumable electrode welding

The conditions of process technological stability of the melting electrode pulsed arc welding without arc space fault for rectangular pulses are determined. The conditions of process technological stability of the melting electrode pulsed arc for rectangular pulses at welding in argon and argoncontaining mixtures is derived on the grounds of experimentally determined condition relativ constancy of the average or effective currents.

Petrik I. A., Ovchinnikov A. V., Kovalenko T. A. — Restoration of the turbine engine rotor-type details from titanic alloys by means of welding through the use of modify submicrocrystalline adding materials

Found that the use of production methods to restore titanium parts reduces the mechanical properties of welded joints by 30 %, the reason for this is a structural change, as well as defects of the weld. Modificated (La, Y и В) submicrocrystal welding consumables which form equiaxed and lamellar structure of welding consumables and ensure the mechanical properties level at 0,9 of ones in base metal has been worked out. Zones where repair of rotor parts of gas-turbine engines is possible has been extended by 2,5 times.

Pirinen М., Маrtikaynen Yu., Layus P. D., Karkhin V. A., Ivanov S. Yu. — Influence of the linear energy on the welding joint mechanical characteristic from high-strength steels

Welded joints 8 mm thickness of high-strength steels, obtained by hardening and tempering and thermomechanical rolling with accelerated cooling (tensile strength 821—835 MPa) are considered. Dependence of the strength, elongation, hardness, impact energy and cracks opening on the linear energy in the range of 1,0—1,7 kJ mm–1 are determined experimentally. It is shown that the dependence of the welded joint strength is falling, and elongation — increasing. Linear energy has little effect on the impact energy and crack opening in the heat-affected zone.

Trushnikov D. N., Salomatova E. S., Belenkiy V. Ya., Rayzgen U. — Temperature valuation in the fusion canal at electron-beam welding

In the article autors describes the method of experimental estimation of the temperature in the penetration channel by electron-beam welding, providing for measurement of concentration of vapour above a zone of interaction of electron beam with metal by chemical analysis of sprayed onto the substrate layer of metal. Comparison of the obtained experimental values of temperature with results of calculations using the model based on a consideration of the balance of the item to the channel wall penetration.

The article considers basic fabrication stages for straight-line-seam tubular billets from steel 12Kh18N10Т and alloy VT1-0 with expanded welded joint. The authors give recommendations how to achieve uniform structure of the weld, heat affected zone and the base material of tubular parts. Resource characteristics of the pipeline joints with experimental pipe billets were identified.

The absorber brazing technology of the flat solar heating collector includind beam reception panel made of copper sheet with komposite celective coating and pipe part made of brass L63 is considered. Design description of the absorber developed by the authors is given. The brazing technology requirements, allowing to preserve selective multi-layer coating at beam reception panel heating are defined. Experimental results, allowing to choose solders, fluxes and temperature-time parameters used at the industrial technology development of the absorber beam reception panel brazing are adduced.

Volkov S. S., Shestel L. А., Sokolov V. А. — Ultrasonic welding of polyamide sealing cup by using infrared radiation

Technological process of ultrasonic welding with use of infrared radiation of polyamide sealing cuffs is developed. The way of thermoultrasonic welding end-to-end polyamides is described allow to increase strength, quality and durability of welded connections. Mechanical and operational tests of welded connections from polyamide are carried out.

Ivanov N. I., Borisov P. Yu. — Technological features of the heating automatic adjustment according to effort velocity lowering in the welding area of the small details T-joint

The described device for automatic control of the butt-seam T-joint welding processes of wire and case parts uses as a back-coupling parameter an average speed of force reduction in the joint in the time lag between the welding current initiation and metal heating up to the welding temperature. As a control response we consider welding current impulse time. Results of experimental investigation of the process features for welding with automatic heating control are given.

Chaykov М. Yu. — The licensing payment dimensions of the engineering enterprise for export products

The existing basis for determining the state share in the documentation used for the export production manufacturing is considered. The inventory РИД inventory unacceptability as the main and the only method that exists at this time, for the rights distribution for РИД and calculating the license fee amount is substantiated. It is proposed to replace the mechanism for determining the Russian Federation rights share and enter the calculation method instead of inventory realization.
