Vlasov А. F., Bogutskiy А. А. — Electroslag remelting on firm start according to the monofilyarny scheme of the process conducting with use of exothermic conducting flux
Experimental methods established that developed method using a solid start with ekzotermicheskih fluxes of conducting an electric current in the solid state, significantly reduces the time needed to slag bath required amount. Granulometric composition of exothermic flux noticeable effect on the macrostructure of the steel does not have practically no effect on the chemical composition of metal the height of the ingot. The proposed method using ESR start ekzotermicheskih flux has no negative effect on the quality of the bottom of the ingot. The technological process of accelerated guidance slag bath solid start at monofilyarnoy diagram of the process.

The article contains the results of theoretical analysis of the kinematics of rotational editing grinding wheels by rotating diamond cup, which were experimentally confirmed. Showing the advantages of the rotary editing in comparison with edit by grinding with a diamond pencil for the grinding parts made of heat-resistant nickel, titanium alloys and high-alloy steels by high-porous cBN grinding wheels with vitrified ligaments.

RECEIPT TECHNOLOGY OF THE PERMANENT CONNECTIONS
Cidyakin V. А., Lyuks D. I. — Installation for pipe adapters butt welding through the use of the low pressure arch in a cross magnetic field with the inverter power supply of an arch
The upgrading facility "STYK-3" is carried out in order to enable the pipe adapters welding from heterogeneous metals with a diameter up to 70 mm. In the facility an improved welding method is used, in which on the arc, burning in the gap between the ends of round billets, transverse magnetic field is superposed. Inverter power source of the low-pressure arc with a current up to 1500 A is developed. The source allows to change the alternating current frequency at welding, to use alternating current with different duration of positive and negative half-waves, move at a constant current of one or another polarity. Setting device with means for a transverse magnetic field creating, which enables the tube blanks assembly for welding outside the vacuum chamber is developed. Modernized System of the computer monitoring and the welding process control is modernized.

Aulov V. F., Ivanayskiy V. V., Ishkov A. V., Koval D. V., Krivochurov N. T., Sokolov A. V. — Receiving of the wear-resistance composite boride coating on steel 65Г at HFC-heating
At realization of HFC-HEATING of machinery steel 65Mn under bed of fusion mixture on the basis of moulten boric flux Р-0,66 (in Russian), containing carbide of boron or amorphous boron and activators (NH4Cl, CaF2), are received wear-resistant composition borides coverings FenB—Fe—B by thickness up to 800 microns during 1—2 minutes. With the help of methods of X-ray analysis, X-ray fluorescence spectral microanalysis and the metallographic analysis, composition and structure of coverings are established. Distribution of micro hardness of coverings on depth is investigated and their comparative wear resistance is determined by a standard method.

Karmanov V. V., Oleynik B. D., Vinokurov N. V. — The improved way of residual technological tension determination in detail surface layers
Residual stress determination method in samples with measurements of its buckling and thickness of removed material layers was improved. Regulation of removed material layers thickness from 8 to 35 μm was offered. Simple residual stress determination formula was developed. As a result, the method simplifies, its laboriousness decreases, component quality assessment accuracy increases.

Kruglov А. А., Musina R. Sh., Enikeev F. U. — Computer modeling of the superplastic molding process of the hollow three-layer constructions
Superplastic forming of three-sheet structure is considered both analytically and by means of finite element consideration. Mathematical model is developed within framework of the thin shell theory. Finite element modeling is fulfilled by using ANSYS software. The boundary value problems in the mechanics of solids is stated both in terms of the theory of creep as well as the theory or viscoplasticity. The comparison of the results obtained is made. A good agreement or the analytical solutions with corresponding results of finite element modeling is found.
