The mechanical properties research results strengthed by of austenitic steels, strengthened by work hardening, in liquid and gaseous hydrogen medium with operational. The availability of this strengthen method is shown.

Smirnova N. A. — Laser modification of the aluminum alloys surface

Increase in heat and wear resistance of aluminum alloys can be achieved using laser surface modification by elements such as iron, chromium, nickel, boron, silicon, alloys on Ni—Cr—B—Si basis, and the dispersed particles of titanium and silicon carbides. The casting AK9, AK12MMgN alloys and wrought D16 alloy were investigated after laser modification by radiation continuous CO2 and by solid state lasers. The regularities of structure formation, hardening mechanisms and change the properties of aluminum alloys were disclosed in the laser surface modification process.
The improved mechanical properties of the modified surface layer were obtained after solid solution, intermetallic or carbide hardening. After completion of dissolution of alloying elements in solid solution, the microhardness increased in approximately 1.5 times. With the formation of intermetallic compounds, the microhardness increased in 2—5 times. After laser modification by dispersed particles of carbides, the alloying material little dissolved in aluminum, and did not supersaturate the solid solution.

The manufacturing technology of the dashboards from magnesium-aluminum alloy using the pressure treatment methods is proposed. Ratios for calculation of the rolling and extrusion modes on the basis of the energy method are obtained. Valuations of shaping critical degrees are given.
The results of technological works are adduced.

In this paper we prove the ability to predict changes in the functional parameters of rotary units under the influence of dynamic and speed loads during operation. Also we consider schemes of the deformation of a unit, make the original calculations and test the high-speed generator autonomous system.

Gilovoy L. Ya., Molodtsov V. V. — Bearing capacity and rigidity investigation of the connection "HSK" by simulation modelling

The paper contains some evaluates of load capacity and rigidity of HSK tool holder that was carried out by FEM simulation for sizes HSK-A40, HSK-A63 and HSK-A100. The causes and the scheme of the failure are studied in detail. For each testing standard size tool holder was defined a value of critical load. A relationship was established between the force and displacement.

It was determined that mutual diffusion of polymer molecules takes place during the dissimilar plastic welding. The process takes place in a temperature range that corresponds to the viscous state of the polymers.

This article describes the mechanism of energy storage capacity material when shot peening of parts, energy. It accumulates in the stretched elastic material and the amount consumed maintaining the compression of the surface layer or at variable constant voltage. The existence of a maximum the stored energy, in which the fatigue strength reaches the maximum value.

Brungardt M. V., Vavilov D. V., Lukin R. S., Pikalov Ya. Yu., Shatokhin S. N. — Numerical research of transient processes in a self-adjusting adaptive hydrostatic bearings

The article describes the possibilities of software ANSYS to solving the research problems of load characteristics for adaptive hydrostatic bearings. The calculating model and research methodology of the load characteristics for adaptive hydrostatic spindle bearings with elastically movable supporting sleeve are adduced. The comparison results of the analytical model of static equilibrium equation and the numerical experiment are introduced. The transition process analysis with different values of the shaft specific force is introduced. The calculation results testify to a negative pliability as for sleeve and for shaft. The aperiodic character of the sleeve and shaft movement is derived.

Yudin G. B. — The fuzzy logic applicationin in the risks management tasks and decision acceptance

Increasingly, companies are forced to make decisions under uncertainty conditions that could lead to unforeseen consequences, losses and even bankruptcy. The system was built on fuzzy logic permit to simplify large-scale structure of the risk management system. Fuzzy system permit to model causale relationship, to assess the degree of influence and to range the risks, taking into account the opinion of experts.

Turapin M. V. — Automatic system for the identification and analysis of risks from a supplier of staff and materials

This article provides a brief overview of the principles of application automated identification and risk analysissystem of the raw and material suppliers. The results of the experiment on the analysis of the convergence of a priori and a posteriori assessment of risk factors, symptoms, using a man-machine system identification and analysis of risks from a supplier of raw materials. Analyzed the effectiveness of the application automated system of identification and risk analysis from a supplier of raw and materials.
