Pichuzhkin S. A., Chernobaev S. P., Vaynerman A. A., Veretennikov M. M. — Features of the metal composition, structure and properties formation, welded on bronze BrA9Zh4N4Mts1 through the use of wire Sv-MNZhMtsTK 40-1-1-0.3-0.1

At present the question of the reinforcement resource increasing from bronze type as BrA9Zh4N4Mts1. Improve resource reinforcement in 2 times or more can be achieved by deposition sealing fields through the use of corrosion-resistant copper-nickel alloy with a nickel content of more than 35 %. Studies of the metall composition, structure and properties formation and metal fracture strength, deposited on bronze BrA9Zh4N4Mts1 via the new copper-nickel welding wire with 40 % nickel grade Sv-MNZhMtsTK40-1-1-0.3-0.1 is described.
The intermetallic phase Ni3Al is formed in the deposited metal when deposition Sv-MNZhMtsTK 40-1-1-0.3-0.1 on bronze BrA9Zh4N4Mts1, which promotes to the cracks formation in the metal deposit. It is determined that intrmetallic phase and cracks is not formed in the deposit metal when the aluminum content is not more than 1.5 %.
To deliver aluminum content in the metal deposit not more than 1,5 % is necessary to deposit sublayer on a bronze via a wire grand MNZHKT 5-1-0.2-0.2. The metal deposit is a solid solution of nickel, manganese and others elements of copper-nickel alloy in copper, with a lattice parameter of 3,661—3,666 Е.
The joining strength of the bronze BrA9Zh4N4Mts1 with the metal deposit via a wire Sv-MNZhMtsTK 40-1-1-0.3-0.1 accounts from 356 to 406 MPa, which is on the level of alloy MNZhMtsTK 40-1-1-0.3-0.1 (≥350 MPa).

Koshelev A. O., Nikitina E. V., Frolov V. A., Vlasenko A. N. — Analysis of the influence of deviations in the technology of surface preparation on the magnitude of internal defects in pulsed arc welding

The work investigated the influence of parameters of pulsed arc welding by the formation of oxide inclusions in violation of the surface preparation (gaps separate areas when scraping). The length of oxide inclusions were estimated by the ratio of the total length of the oxide captured by the weld seam (Σlпл/Lшв), and the dispersity was assessed by the ratio of the sum of the lengths of the oxide captured by their number (Σlпл/n).
It is established that the maximum length of the oxide inclusions occurs when there is a gap of 1 mm, however the average length of the oxide captured in the weld metal maximum interval gaps of 1,7—2 mm.
The increase in welding speed leads to a decrease in the total length of the oxide inclusions. The lowest value of the total length of the oxide inclusions in the weld metal and the smallest average size obtained when the captured IDS mode with a stiffness of 0,7 (τи = 0,3 sec; τп = 0,21 sec).

Ivanov S.Yu., Karkhin V. A., Mikhaylov V. G. — The welding rate optimization of the curvilinear seams

The optimization problem assignment at welding curvilinear seam. As an example of arc welding of the structured panel thickness of 0.7 mm with a curvilinear seam the solution of direct heat conduction problem by sources method is shown. An optimal distribution of the arc power along the curvilinear seam length provided constancy of its width is received.

Latypova E.Yu., Tsumarev Yu.A., Klochkov V. N. — Service life extending of the pipelines with defects in welded joints

In this paper analyzes the stress state of the pipeline welded joint with the spherical shape defect is analysed. It is determined, that the theoretical stress concentration factor kσ = 2,1 under biaxial loading conditions tipical for pipeline operation, sensing the internal pressure. It is shown that the safe operation of the pipeline in the presence of defects in welded joints can be ensured by setting a band with a guaranteed interference fit, which value should be set so that the maximum operating stress in the defect area did not exceed the destruction limit of the welding seam material.

Kashchenko D. A., Brusnitsyn Yu.D., Baranov A. V., Russo V. L., Karpov I. G. — The development of high-tech electrodes for welding of the main pipelines and marine equipment from high-strength low-alloy cold-resistant steels

The problems of the welding electrodes modern production with main type coating in Russia related to changes in the raw material base used as components of electrode coatings, in particular electrodes series UONII-13 and 48„NN having widespread in the industry at welding important structures from cold-resistant low-alloy steels of various strength category are considered. A promising electrode coating composition with the new deoxidization system and allouing, providing high welding-technological characteristics of electrodes and stable mechanical properties of the welding seams metal for low-alloy steels with strength category up to 560 MPa is proposed. High quality performance is achieved through the use of the minal (mineral alloy) in the electrodes coating composition to be inserted through it mineral and rare earth raw material. The coating compositions calculation of the developed electrodes was carried out through the use of the phase equilibrium diagram for non-metallic systems.
