Waterjet cutting process is widely used and recognized in the world due to the many advantages. However, from what follows below that, along with the advantages, there are disadvantages.
One of them narrates this article, namely, the corrosion of seals in the pressure valve (tungsten-cobalt alloy WK10) at a pressure of 600 MPa is. Without going into the substance of the lack of the authors indicate that a bulk of research and numerous tests have allowed to understand the nature of this material to reduce resistance in the water under pressure at waterjet and offer new materials instead of this alloy.

Kolodezev V. E., Gorev B. V., Larichkin A. Yu., Shevtsova L. I. — Pure bending of beams from an alloy ABVT-20 in creep mode at alternating loading

The creep and damage parameters of the model are determined, with in the problem framework of determining the resource-saving forming mode of structure elements with complex geometry structures from modern construction materials. An experimental study of the rectangular beams behavior made of titanium alloy ABVT-20 at long-term exposure to elevated temperature and alternating pure bending is carried out. Test results on the toughness of the samples cut from bars deformed at a temperature and from the delivered material are identical. The pictures comparison a material slice microstructure of the beams subjected to high temperature deformation and samples from material in delivery state is carried out.

Mubarakshin R. M. — Machining optimization of profiled parts with complex shape from high strength, heat-resistant alloys on the multipurpose machining centers

In this article machining optimization problems of the profiled parts with complex shape from high strength, heat-resistant alloys on the multipurpose machining centers (MMC) are considered.
Examples of the MMC application in the manufacture of various critical parts for an aircraft engine from heat-resistant nickel alloys are adduced. The analysis of the factors that determine the effectiveness of the MMC application is carried out. New technological possibilities of the MMC, significantly increasing the efficiency of their application and reduce the complexity of the manufacturing complex parts and assembly units are considered.

Petteri Yenstrom — New technology Kemppi "Reduced Gap"

Reducing the angle of groove can significantly increase the efficiency and productivity of heavy metalware welding. Traditional narrow-groove welding can be applied to most welding processes, but has the disadvantage — is practically impossible without specially designed equipment. To overcome this limitation, Kemppi has developed a new solution Reduced Gap Technology (RGT). This technology allows efficient and stable welding in narrow-groove without the need for special equipment or accessories for material up to 30 mm thick. RGT combines arc intelligent control of the high-tech power sources Kemppi; the wire feed mechanism and means of mechanization.

In this article creature of the area for ion nitriding at JSC "Kaluga turbine plant" is considered.
The comparision results of the metallographic examination of steel 38H3M1F1A nitriding technology and its chemical composition are represented. The advantages over other methods of hardening are indicated.

Ryabchikov M. Yu., Ryabchikova E. S. — Strip heating control mode on the unit for continuous hot zincing through the use of neural network models

In the article the temperature modes control problems for heating and equalizing compartment of the continuous hot zincing unit. An approach based on the choice of rational modes through the use of the neural network models of heating strips and workspace is proposed. The complexity of creating such models associated with the variability of combined distribution density of the technological process original experimental data and also to the lack of technological information about real static temperature in the heating compartment is considered. The calculation possibility of such regimes based on approximations and extrapolations transient processes in accordance with working space temperatures in the areas of heating compartment is shown. The calculation results of the rational regime in heating compartment with uniform loading of the burner in the working zones are adduced. To implement the uniform loading of burners the schemes search algorithm based on a comparison of the plurality of generated randomly schemes and oriented to increase service life of radiant tubes is proposed.

Samokrutov A. A., Shevaldykin V. G. — Assessment of metal discontinuities through the use of ultrasonic flaw detector with a digital focusing of the antenna array

The possibilities to solve the problem of metal discontinuity flaw type and size assessment with the use of an ultrasonic flaw detector with digital focusing of antenna array is shown. Owing to different digital image reconstruction algorithms the type of quite big discontinuities can be defined from a shape of their screen image; a real discontinuity size — from a screen image size. For discontinuity size comparable with a wave length, the two-dimensional Amplitude-Distance-Size-diagram is developed; the diagram enables discontinuity estimation to be done from the equivalent sizes of disk reflectors.

In this article the utilizationse capabilities of the inquiry lenanguage Structured Query Language (SQL) for automation of the protocol data processing, received at the control-measuring position ATO are considered. The purpose of work is to compare the proposed method of printed circuit boards identification with the current counterparts, and establish the application necessety of the described method for protocol data processing, reseived in the ATO.

The article is devoted to the evaluation of the technical level of rationing of work in the rocket and space industry. The authors propose an algorithm of evaluation of technical regulation level in order to support time limits on processing steps of the production process at the enterprises of the industry, the coefficient of performance of norms of time for professional analysis of the balance of production capacity and actual labor costs in the implementation of the production program.
