Safiullin R. A., Yangirov I. F. — Extraction of high-viscosity oil and bitumen by electrothermal method

The article studies the process of extraction of high-viscosity oil and bitumen (HVOB) deposits using microwave heaters when water or dry steam is injected into it. The developed design with its theoretical calculations and provisions can be used in heat power and oil and gas business. The proposed model differs from the known methods and designs in the uniformity of heating of the HVOB deposit throughout its volume, low material and capital intensity. This is due to the fact that 95 % of the thermal energy is released into the deposit and goes directly to its heating.
The accuracy of calculations based on the proposed model depends on the accuracy of the initial data on the electrical conductivity and magnetic permeability of the deposit. The refore, this model retains the potential of an extremely energy-efficient method of heating various materials.

Karimbaev T. D., Nurimbetov A. U. — Deformation of naturally twisted multilayer anisotropic rods

In this paper, we consider the deformation of multilayer rods during torsion and stretching, as well as the stress-strain state of naturally twisted rods such as turbomachine blades. Using geometric representations for layered anisotropic rods with a rectilinear axis, kinetic relations were obtained, which were subsequently used to establish the basic equations. The results of comparison of experimental data with theoretical calculations confirm the correctness of the conclusion of the obtained relations.

Kurbanmagomedov K. D. — Organization of hardware and software complex for solving differential logical equations 

Developed a software package for solving differential logical equations, which allows to obtain a more rational version of the automatic solution of differential logical equations through the introduction of new mathematical methods. The architecture of the complex is an application installed on a workstation and does not have a server component. The file structure of the operating system is used as a database, i.e. data is stored in ASCII text files, which allows you not to use more powerful hardware and not allocate additional resources during calculations. The developed software package allows calculating n-th order differential logical equations and k-th order mixed derivatives, which makes this complex universal. It can be applied in various fields of knowledge, where Boolean functions are used to solve a particular problem.

Vasiliev S. A., Pinchuk V. N., Okatieva N. V. — Methodology for assessing the technical and economic effect of the introduction of innovative information and telecommunication technologies for managing organizational and economic structures

The authors of the article develop a method of assessment of technical and economic effect from the implementation of innovative information and telecommunication technologies during development of management systems of organizational and economic structures. The model is developed by means of mathematical modeling of discounted cash flows. The authors also develop approaches to assessment of influence of the project on cost of information and communication services provided to clients. The analysis of indicators of efficiency from implementation of innovative ICT, as well as the calculation of cost change of provided information and communication services as a result of implementation of projects in a telecommunication branch is also carried out in the article.
On the basis of the offered methods, it is possible to carry out calculations manually or in the specialized environment, for example, MS Excel.
