It is established, that activating flux superdispersed powders use at laser welding of steels allows for improving quality of the welded joints, for joint gap width reducing and penetration depth increasing: in so doing process productivity goes up 7—45 per cents.

Boodkin Yu. V., Yerofeyev V. A. — Physical and mathematical model of the refractory metal and steel electron-beam welding

Heat conduction equation is selected as the base of the physical and mathematical model for the welded joint formation. The equation boundary conditions take into account the electron beam characteristic. Weld pool melt surface pressure equation is selected as the second equation of the model, and the boundary conditions are determined for it. Pressure equation solution determines the body shape to solve the heat conduction equation.

Tool steel consumption reduction feasibility is considered at tool making by creation of twolayer materials, obtained by deposit welding, which allow for reliability and durability considerable increase of the high-loaded components and machinery.

Krampit N. Yu. —CO2-shielded long arc welding stability increase

CO2-shielded long arc welding stability increase technique is suggested, which is attainable by pulsed arc welding application. At pulse pile-up power dispensing is carried out on the droplets melting, starting from the moment of droplet detachment, which is registered by the voltage spike at the arc space. This allows for keeping up equal sizes of the droplets, favours higher process stability and weld upgrading.

Shurupov V. V., Bashkatov A. V., Savichev Ye. V., Isayev R. R. — Submerged twin-arc automatic welding of the bridge structure component

Submerged twin-arc separate-bath welding process variables for the steel thick-walled bridge structures 40 mm thick, as well as positive results of mechanical test are given. In the process welding rate rises 2,45 times and welding materials consumption reduces.

Simma L. I. — Restoration of the large-sized crankshafts for gas-engine-compressors

Mozok V. M., Lebedev V. A. — Supplementary special features of the arc mechanized and automatic welding practice with core wire pulse feeding

Results of the pulsed-arc welding and deposit welding technological features analysis are covered. It is established that pulse feeding ensuring electrode metal controllable transfer, considerably influences on the output performance of the welding process, decreasing 1,3—1,8 times expenditure of electric power.
