Volumetric out-of-furnace heating application allows for carrying out complete manufacturing cycle of a column 43 100 mm high with admitted diameter of 8500 mm. Processes and equipment, ensuring good process controllability and temperature distribution uniformity and as a result reduction of the total residual stress level and heat treatment quality betterment are suggested.

Romanchenko M. K. —Analysis of the woodworking equipment protection from vibration and noise

Work grows out of the spent tests by definition of maximum permissible noise levels and vibration in working premises. Existing methods of decrease in vibration of the equipment are explained. In article recommendations for work on units with various frequencies of rotation in a working and single mode are made, constructive decisions on struggle against noise and vibration on processing a tree the equipment are offered.

Sarayev Yu. N., Lunev A. G., Selivanov Yu. V. — Dimensions calculation of the rollers for the corrosion-resistant covering, deposited by manual current-modulated arc welding

Design procedure for the rollers basic geometry of the protective corrosion-resistant coatings obtained by the manual current-modulated shielded-metal arc weld deposition is developed. The procedure considers attitude position of the welding puddle and electrode angle of obliquity to the protecting surface. The suggested technique is advisable at developing engineering routes for the irradiated nuclear fuel processing equipment repair.

Paper and paperless functioning problems of the design-technological services at enterprises are described. A procedure of creating 3D computer models as a basis for operating under conditions of end-to-end engineering in the design-technological services is developed. An example of the procedure implementation and results of the strength calculation carried out with ANSYS CAE system are given.

Features of the crystal contact-reactive soldering to package body are considered. Crystal soldering techniques to the package bodies of power semiconductors forming Si—Au, Al—Zn and Zn—Sn eutectics are analysed. New method of the plumbeousless contact-reactive soldering of crystals forming Si—Au, Al—Zn, Zn—Sn è Al—Zn—Sn eutectics are developed and tested.

It is established that actual clearances different in values may be formed in the multisupporting construction units of shaft support after assemblage. Obtaining of close tolerance machining combining with computer-aided simulation, with friction pairs surface shape consideration and special boring machines usage allows for improving qualities of the co-axial tribological systems of the base bearing type.

Boudkin Yu. V., Yerofeyev V. A. — Physical and mathematical model of joint formation at electron-beam welding thin-sheet steel joints to refractory metal

A theoretical model of seam formation at electron-beam welding-soldering of refractory metal and steel or fusible alloy is worked out; heat conduction and welding pool surface pressure equilibrium equations set form the base of the model. Its special feature is application of the non-stationary balance equation of the melting and crystallisable metal to determine internal pressure in the weld pool melt.

Article is devoted to features of the innovative-investment designing and investment projects efficiency estimation on creation of high technology production in the aviation industry. Account question uncertainty and risk in calculation of innovative-investment projects efficiency on working out and manufacture new AT are considered. For the business plan in efficiency calculation it is recommended to consider uncertainty, i. e. incompleteness and discrepancy of the information on conditions of the project realization, and risk, i. e. possibility of occurrence of such conditions which will to negative consequences for all or separate participants of the project.
