Mukhametshin A. Z., Shakirova O. V., Polyakova Ye. N. — Fatigue characteristic analysis of samples from the corrosion-resistant steel 12Х15Г9НД

On the basis of fatigue testing of samples fatigue point is determined, i.e. stress limit using 107 cycles of the matrix metal (295 MPa) and welded joints (280 MPa) for new prospective steel 12Х15Г9НД. The principal crack propagation mechanism, which is fatigue mechanism, at testing is shown. It is established that steel 12Х15Г9НД is fit for manufacturing components, running under conditions of cyclic load.

It is determined that getting quality formation of a welded joint at electron-beam welding is implemented only for certain modes of welding which depend on the characteristics and parameters of welded metals and welding gun. Also defined the critical value of thickness products and proposed processing methods for thicknesses greater than critical.

Usage task probability of leveling proсess in the work of high accurate nonrigid thin-walled parts of machine and equipments exploited in emergency situations and extreme conditions is looked through. Mathematical models permitting to optimise technological leveling processes with the purpose of minimal work force provision is developed, formation mechanism of fault forms in leveling process is analysed as well.

A thermal error forecasting method for machine tools operating in varying thermal conditions is considered. It is classified as grapho-analytical method and is based on using a small set of experimental data on specified machine tool for which it is necessary to thermal characteristic. Results of full-scale experiment are given.

Ilinykh A. S. — Abrasive tool designing for high-speed grinding of metals

Research results of developing heavy-duty grinding discs to implement production processes of high-speed grinding of metals are covered. The method is based on discs optimum formulation selection and on production technique. A preproduction batch of abrasive discs is manufactured, and they received an industrial approval.

Rybin A. A., Chervyakov A. A. — Research of polymer fibre properties at wave load induced by transverse impulse action

The behavior and properties of various microfiber polymeric typical production and experienced threads is investigated at the wave influences raised by cross pulse loading, with the frontal speed of deformation, the technique is created and the specialized device is developed for tests of filar exemplars. The analysis is carried out from positions of nonconventional parameters of an assessment of mechanical characteristics at specific inertial reaction.

Artemyev Ye. V., Lukyanchik V. V. — Development and improvement ways of product life principal phases of the rocket-and-space hardware and fabrication techniques

On the basis of analysis of state-of-the-art of the world space industry ways and approaches to further development of product life principal phases of the rocket-and-space hardware and fabrication techniques are synthesized. Importance of technology in different product life phases of the rocket-and-space hardware is shown; it causes high significance and necessity for research and development stimulation aimed at birth of breaking technologies. The importance of the techniques in operation for competitive activity according to the place in the life cycle and to efficiency is indicated. Significance of technological forecast when creating competitive product is shown. It is established that problem solving on product perfection of the rocket-and-space hardware and its competitive recovery in multi-aspect activity of an enterprise are to have not a present-day, i.e. tactical, but long-term, i.e. strategical, character, basing on up-to-date concepts of general quality management and production competitiveness.
