Ostsemin A. A. — Viscous fracture and plasticity of mechanically heterogeneous welded joints with crack-like defect

Computational assessment of the static strength with asymmetrical mechanical inhomogeneity of; welded joints with a surface crack-like defect. Investigated the stress state of mechanically heterogeneous butt joints with a surface defect. Proposed method of evaluation of static strength of welded co-unity with asymmetrical mechanical inhomogeneity allows to determine the viscous fracture by introducing into the formulas the coefficients of the mechanical variableness.

Sidorov V. P., Melzitdinova A. V. — Research of the tolerance parameters for doublesided arc welding

The variants determine the permissible deviations parameters of the welding process. Sensitivity coefficients do not reflect the relative hazards of various kinds of perturbation parameters.
Proposed the relative transfer coefficient perturbation, which allows to estimate the propensity welding parameter perturbations and dues not involve the regulatory impact of the system. An example of the application of methods for determining the accuracy requirements modes and conditions for double-sided argon arc welding of high-alloy steel plates without cutting edges.

The article considers the problems of quality of joints in submerged metal arc welding and consumption of electrode material at high voltage testing. The authors suggest technological approaches how to improve the quality of nondetachable connections using gas tungsten.

Prokhorov A. V. — Thermal model of resistance spot welding

Analytical model of the flat parts spot welding is proposed. The formula for the calculation of non-stationary temperature field in three-dimensional terms is derived. The basic geometric and thermal parameters of the welded article are taken into account. It is shown that when setting of the welding technological mode must take into account not only the type of the welded material and sheet blanks thickness, but the article dimensions and the pitch of weld.

Chudina O. V. — Modification of the steel surface through the use of laser heating

The article is devoted to the improvement of the steel products operational properties by creating modified hardened layers on the surface through the use of laser heating. A combined technology, which consists in laser alloying of the steel surface by nitride-forming elements and nitriding, is proposed. It is shown that when the laser alloying in continuous radiation mode the layer with a uniform fine structure thickness 600 microns forms in the steel surface. Subsequent nitriding eliminates unfavorable nature of the residual stresses, increases the microhardness of low carbon steel up to 20 000 MPa, fractural toughness — 1,5...1,8 times, and wear resistance –1,5...3 times.

Matvienko V. N., Leshchinskiy L. K., Polukhin A. V. — Development of the large-size products submerged welding deposit technology via a composite strip electrode

The results of the investigation and development in technology of submerged arc hardfacing of the large-scale components using composite strip electrode has been presented. It’s shown that the desired chemical composition and properties of the buffer layer, as well as wear-resistant layer, depend on the selected geometry of the composite strip electrode and welding parameters.

Latypova E. Yu., Tsumarev Yu. A. — Composite structures elements for undetachable junctions

When creating of the undetachable joinings is proposed to use the composite elements and is shown that such approach promotes the effectiveness increasing of technical solutions through the accounting possibility of the scale factor, a more precise dimensioning and the metall-roll waste products application in the production. The welded and brazed new design of the T-spot, lap and butt type joints is adduced. It is shown that at the uneven distribution of operating voltages can be provided fuller load through the use of compount elements from made materials with different strength.

The article presents data over the machine for fusion resistance welding of the compact section products designed by Technology Centre "Tehnosvar" (Pskov) and equipped with the latest hydraulic and electric equipment, providing semi-automatic positioning of the welding workpieces, automatic welding and the burr cleaning possibility directly in the mfchine after joints deposition.
The machine meets all modern requirements for welding equipment, versatile and high-performance that allows its use not only in construction but also in machine building and metallurgy.

Danzanova E. V., Gerasimov A. I., Botvin G. V. — The butt welding of gas pipelines polyethylene pipes via a heated tool

The research results over the effect of changes in the butt welding technological parameters with heated tool (НТВ) on the strength properties of the polyethylene pipes welded joints are adduced.
Following a research result optimal welding mode НТВ of polyethylene pipes, ensures high strength in short-term trials is selected.

Mulikov D. Sh., Rizvanov R. G., Karetnikov D. V., Fayrushin A. M. — The possibility valuation of the friction welding application for the manufacture of heat exchange equipment from steel 15X5M

The mechanical and other types tests results of the pipe blanks welded joints from steel 15X5M obtained by the rotation friction welding are presented. Based on the analysis results conclusion is drawn about steel 15X5M good friction weldability and about this welding method application possibility for the manufacture of "tube-tube grid" for heat exchangers from steel 15X5M at appropriate modernization of welding equipment.
