In connection with improvement of forms of aircraft have become popular methods of forming complex surfaces from rectangular solid plates at elevated temperatures. Compared with the production of prefabricated elements such molding techniques allow to save resources, reduce weight, to get rid of assembly and fitting work on the stage of manufacturing. How different will the fatigue life of products for previously deformed at different temperatures and deformation rates?
The answer to this question is relevant for aerospace industry. The authors of this article conducted a pilot study of the issue. Authors set fatigue life depending on temperature of pre-deformation and strain rate for B95 (Al-Zn-Mg-Cu) pure aluminum alloy.

Gubanov V. F. — The technology of parts processing by using a concentrated energy and combined surface plastic deformation

The technology including a strengthening effect on the part of continuous laser radiation and surface plastic deformation of the parts by using a rigid smoothing and elastic rolling is introduced. In such a case forms the multi-layer microstructure, including surface layer nanostructure and high-altitude part surface roughness parameters in the nanometer range with a regular microrelief profile.

Shchelkunov E. B., Vinigradov S. V., Shchelkunova M. E., Pronin A. I. — A parameter for quantify assessment of the arranging decision for machine tools with parallel kinematics

In this paper a parameter for assessing the effectiveness of mechanisms with parallel structure, which is the ratio of the volume of the technological operationl space to the volume of the geometric operationl space is proposed. This parameter allows to quantify the volume fraction of the technological operationl space in the general geometric space and can be used at the analysis of different arrangement versions for the machine tool with parallel structure mechanism at an early design stage.

Akopyan M. G. — Spur gears wear 

The article is based on the results of the implemented research of the interaction of the gears. Researches have shown the presence of numerous works devoted to this area. Most of the available jobs are characterized by a large period of limitation. In addition, the actual work done in recent years, do not contain an overall picture of the gears interaction, covering only certain segments of this field of science. In this work the union of available works on the basis of the research. The result of this work was the theoretical determination of the geometric factors influence on the teeth surfaces wear in the meshing.

METHODS OF CONTROL AND DIAGNOSTICS

Latypova E. Yu., Tsumarev Yu. A., Klochkov V. N. — Extending operation resource of pipelines with defects in welded joints

In this paper analyzes the stress state of the pipeline welded joint with the spherical shape defect is analysed. It is determined, that the theoretical stress concentration factor kσ = 2,1 under biaxial loading conditions tipical for pipeline operation, sensing the internal pressure. It is shown that the safe operation of the pipeline in the presence of defects in welded joints can be ensured by setting a band with a guaranteed interference fit, which value should be set so that the maximum operating stress in the defect area did not exceed the destruction limit of the welding seam material.

Ivanov N. I., Borisov P. Yu. — Automatic quality control of T-connections in the process of pressure contakt welding

The automatic quality control method of T-shaped joints based on the largest maximum force developed in the welding area at sinkage of the wire parts is described. The threshold values of the reference interval control parameter are determined. They provide the possibility rejection welds which do not satisfy regulatory quality index criteria. A device for implementing automatic control method at the welding process is described.

Zagidullin R. R. — Reducing cycle duration of the production technological preparation

The article describes a method of the cycle duration reducing at technological preparation of machine-building production (TPP). For this the TPP cycle is represented as a network with the shortest route and the TPP parameters regulation for the purpose further formalization is proposed. In the future, the task of the TPP is reduced to the task of the building a work schedule on TPP. A generalized mathematical model of the TPP reduction cycle is proposed. The proposed approach allows simplifying complex tasks decision and using standard mathematical packages.
