TECHNOLOGIES AND EQUIPMENT FOR MECHANICAL AND PHYSICOTECHNICAL PROCESSING, PRESSURE TREATMENT

Kolbasina N. A., Titov V. A. — Modern approach to the design and manufacture of end gears

A modern approach to the design of end gears on the ground of the approximated solving method for profiling tasks without calculating the standards and velocities of relative motion is considered. Analytical dependences for the description of the interfacial tooth profiles, which determine the transmission geometry, the solid model of the gearing in the Solid Works package, are obtained. Control programs for CNC machines for manufacturing the working surfaces of the pinion and gear are developed. Transmission is designed for disintegrators developed in 2008 during the implementation of the innovative project of the Siberian Federal University.

Eremin Е. N., Losev А. S. — The borides influence on the processes occurring in the metal deposited by flux-cored wire ОN13М5Х4FСТYu in the conditions of work at elevated temperatures

Results of investigation of operational properties of maraging Fe-Ni-Mo-Cr-V-Si-Ti-Al composite steel structure containing a boron compound. Found that the presence in of borides flux cored wire comprising 0Ni13Mo5Cr4VSiTiAl leads to increased barrier properties of the oxide film on the surface of the metal at high temperatures and provides high heat resistance and heat resistance.

Shatov А. P. — The protect methods against inner surface corrosion of steel vitrified pipes during welding

In work corrosion problems of welded steel vitrified pipelines and ways of their protection under the action of highly mineral water with hydrogen sulfide (water conduits) of oil-compressor stations are considered. It is established, that in order to eliminate the harmful effect of microalloying by boron of the welding seam, it is recommended to use the mentioned above welded joints of such pipelines as well as their repair.
In view of the presence of a glass coating, it is recommended that extreme safety precautions be taken when installing such pipelines, in order to avoid disruption of the continuity of the glass coating.

SPECIAL TYPES OF TECHNOLOGIES

Skoblo T. S., Sidashenko A. I., Maltsev T. V., Taran A. V., Muratov R. M. — Increased resistance of piston rings by multilayer ion-plasma coating

The multilayer ion-plasma coating TiN/CrN, 6 layers of CrN and 5 lauers of TiN, for hardening of piston rings is proposed. It is established that as a result of hardening, the wear rate of rings decreases 15.7 times. A new method for estimating the residual thickness of the coating, which gives recommendations for improving the quality of coatings, is proposed.

Slinko D. B., Dorokhov A. S., Denisov V. A., Lyalyakin V. P. — The application practice of plasma-powder depositing at the restoration of worn machine parts

The paper presents the results of experimental studies on the development of technology for the recovery of worn out balancer-caterpillars of tracked vehicles and semi-axes of the steps of the metro escalator by the method of plasma-powder overlaying. Specialized equipment and rigging for the implementation of the plasma-powder surfacing method and subsequent machining of the welded surfaces with respect to these parts has been developed. The marks of filler powders and their ratio have been experimentally established, ensuring a high quality of the deposited layer. Analysis of the structure made it possible to establish the absence of pores and cracks in the deposited layer and the zone of thermal influence.

MACHINE-TOOL AND CUTTING TOOLS PRODUCTION

Rogov V. A., Zhed O. V. — Improving the method of calculating keyway advancement on the grounds of experimental data of photomechanics

In work by the method of photomechanics [1], the stress-strain state of the models of the keyway is evaluated. Models are made of optically sensitive polymethyl methacrylate of E2 grade. The aim of the research is to improve the method of calculating the keyed drive based on experimental data obtained by the photomechanics method.

METROLOGY AND METROLOGY HARDWARE

Agafontsev V. М. — Stochastics method for calculating planar dimensional chains

A stochastics method for calculating constituent links, non-parallel with trailing, planar dimensional chain for dimensional chains having from two to four links is proposed. Calculation of the dimensional chain is performed by the method "maximum-minimum". The calculation of a dimensional chain having five or more constituent parts can effectively perform through the use of a simplified formula for a stochastics method.

METHODS OF CONTROL AND DIAGNOSTICS

Ismagilov F. R., Yangirov I. F., Maksudov D. V., Safiullin R. A. — Evaluation of mechanical reliability of overhead lines (OHL)

In this paper, the theory of non-destructive testing of air lines by the method of "load-strength", which is based on the coefficient of variation of the load, the variationof the bearing capacity and the factor of the required reserve, which are laid in the design of overhead lines. It is possible to invest these parameters depending on the requirements of the projected power lines of both the district scale and the entire power system.

Bukhmeyer-Khevroni I., Bron M., Braini A., Suris A. — Automated systems for ultrasonic control of aerospace components from composite materials

The use of composite materials in the aerospace industry constantly continues to grow. It requires new approaches for inspection of the parts, which will allow keeping up the high productivity inspection without compromising its quality. Ultrasonic technique has been established as the primary inspection method for composite materials. The self-adaptive PA methods allow changing of focal laws in real time as per acquired profile of the inspected part by measuring distance from the probe to the surface. The tactile mechanical solution is mostly suitable for inspection of corner. The compensation of inaccuracy and changes of the thickness of the inspected part is achieved by using special tactile head.
