Romanenko D. N., Kurpyakova N. A., Korobova E. N., Doroshenko A. V., Stepanenko E. V. — Investigation of the various saturation schemes influence on the properties of the diffusion layer during gas carburization of 13Kh3NVM2F (VKS-4) steel 

A comparative analysis of the effect of various combined saturation cycles on the thickness of the cemented layer, the surface and core hardness, the distribution of microhardness over the thickness of the cemented layer, the carbon concentration in the surface layer of steel 13Kh3NVM2F (VKS-4) after cementation and hardening heat treatment is carried out. Experimentally, a combined carburetor feeding scheme was established for cementing samples of steel 13Kh3NVM2F (VKS-4), which allows to increase the microhardness of the cemented layer, the carbon concentration in the layer and reduce the saturation time during cementation.

A. — Study of the casting mechanical properties and structure based on the nanopowder compositions and the influence of acoustic vibrations on the melt 

Studies of casting samples from VNL-6 steel manufactured by various technologies are carried out. Their mechanical properties are estimated; the obtained results are analyzed.
Metallographic studies of selected samples are carried out in order to analyze their structure.
The object of research is a method for the alloys production based on the use of nanopowder compositions and the acoustic vibrations influence on the melt.

The possibility of producing flux-cored wire by using gas cleaning dust of the silicomanganese production and gas cleaning dust of aluminum production with a different ratio of components is studied. As components used: gas cleaning dust of aluminum production, wt. %: Al2O3 = 21—46,23; F = 18—27; Na2O = 8—15; K2O = 0.4—6; CaO = 0.7—2.3; Si2O = 0.5—2.48; Fe2O3 = 2.1—3.27; Ctotal = 12,5—30,2; MnO = 0.07—0.9; MgO = 0.06—0.9; S = 0.09—0.19; P = 0.1—0.18 and the dust of gas cleaning silicomanganese, wt. %: Al2O3 = 2.43; Na2O = 1.32; K2O = 5.56; CaO = 6.4; SiO2 = 29.19; BaO = 0.137; MgO = 7.54; S = 0.23; P = 0.04; Fe = 1.067; Mn = 27.69; Zn = 2,687; Pb = 3.833.
Deposition is performed under a flux made from slag of silicomanganese produced by the West-Siberian Metallurgical Plant with the chemical composition: Al2O3 = 6.91—9.62 %, CaO = 22.85—31.70 %, SiO2 = 46.46—48.16 %, FeO = 0.27—0.81 %, MgO = 6.48—7.92 %, MnO = 8.01—8.43 %, F = 0.28—0.76 %, Na2O = 0.26—0.36 %, K2O = 0.6—2 %, S = 0.15—0.17 %, P = 0.01 %. The deposition mode is selected. The samples wear tests carried out on the machine 2070 SMT-1. The chemical composition of the deposited metal is determined by the X-ray fluorescence method on an XRF-1800 spectrometer and the atomic emission method on a DFS-71 spectrometer. The hardness of the deposited layers is measured through the use of the MET-DU hardness tester. Evaluation of non-metallic inclusions carried out according to GOST 1778—70 through the use of the optical microscope OLYMPUSGX-51.
The principal possibility of manufacturing flux-cored wire for wear-resistant deposition through the use of the gas cleaning dust of the production of silico-manganese and gas cleaning of aluminum production with a different ratio of components is shown. Qualitative indicators are studied and the manganese absorption coefficients for various ratios of components are calculated. Statistical processing of research results is carried out; statistical dependencies of the component composition effect on the properties of the deposited layer are constructed.

The additive technologies features for growing a large nomenclature of the components with complex configuration that is a part of a radar systems design (RSD) are adduced.
Layer-by-layer growing was carried out due to the effect of the laser beam on the material. The use of additive technologies has reduced the manufacturing cost of the RSD — components by 38 %.

Ivanayskiy A. V., Asaev A. S., Asaeva T. A. — Study of the machine parts surface quality subjected to finishing using the effect of attached cavitation

Details having a complex surface profile with an accuracy quality class from seventh and lower, which require laborious finishing operations in the manufacturing process, represent a significant reserve for increasing the manufacturing efficiency. The studied method of the details finishing machining with a free abrasive can increase labor productivity by creating unique hydrodynamic conditions that accompanied the effect of cavitation.

Dzhafarova Sh. I., Solovev A. I. — The stress-strain state model of a metal-polymer machine tool design

The performance research of mobile machine tool joints with a polymer interlayer in this paper as an actual technological task is introduced.
To assess the influence of technological factors in the manufacture of metal-polymer guides on the magnitude of their deformation, a model of the stress-strain state of a lathe carriage using the finite element method (FEM) is considered.
It was shown that the deviation of the shape in the longitudinal section of the guides is the dominant geometric error in comparison with others errors. It is established that, within the variation limits of the researched technological factors, the accuracy of the guide production meets the high operational requirements for modern machine tools. The FEM modeling allows at a short time to work out a significant number of technological options with the determination of ultimate strains and stresses that arise in the studied structure.

Almokhammad A. M., Sorokin E. A., Kulikova N. P., Brungardt M. V. — Mathematical model of the thermal regime of hydrostatic supports for the turning-rotary machine faceplate

The article discusses the heat balance of the hydrostatic supports of the turning-rotary machines faceplate. The mathematical model takes into account the working fluid throttling in the elements of the hydraulic system and provides calculation of the support temperature during operation. The heat transferred from the working fluid to the table body and faceplate leads to deformation due to the temperature difference between the working fluid and the ambient air, and involves a change technological accuracy of the machine tool itself.

Balvanovich A. V., Goncharov V. V., Mironov A. N., Pankina G. V., Shestopalova O. L. — Prediction of the indicators reference values of technical excellence for high-tech engineering products under incomplete information conditions on the results of the competing samples tests

The article discusses the features of forecasting required to assess the technical level of high-tech products of mechanical engineering reference values of indicators of technical perfection, taking into account the incompleteness of information about the test results. Fuzzy estimates of indicators of technical perfection are introduced, the method of construction of fuzzy linear regression dependences of reference values of indicators of technical perfection is described. The method of transformation of forecast fuzzy reference values to interval estimates of deterministic type is offered. It allows to distinguish two variants of the reference regression curve: pessimistic and optimistic.

Zagidullin R. R. —Optimization of the schedule construction for machine-building shops using vector functionality in MES class systems

The paper considers the task of constructing production schedules for machinebuilding production in MES systems by using a vector functional that includes a number of particular criteria with their own weight coefficients. When determining weighted estimates of particular criteria in the functional, a method for their pairwise comparison with the subsequent construction of a mathematical model of the class integer linear programming problems (ILPP) is proposed. For checking the correctness of the partial criteria and algebraic inequalities, obtained by comparing operations, an algorithm with polynomial computational complexity is proposed.
