Steklov O. I., Pavlyuk S. K., Lupachev A. V. — Behavior of welded and soldered joints of the galvanized steel in the corrosive environment

Conceded the behavior of compounds in a corrosive environment galvanized steel made by arc welding and soldering without prior removal of coating with the use of welding materials based on iron, copper, aluminum and zinc. Determined by the topography of the electrode potentials and galvanic currents on the surface of the compounds covered by a thin layer of electrolyte. Set maximum width of the damaged coating relative to the joint, providing the effect of anodic protection. Evaluated the corrosion resistance of connections.

Research results of stress arising in the trimming and girders of the set of erection joints of constructions which were obtained at the traditional and changed succession of realization of the assembly-welding work are covered.

Trushnikov D. N. — Application of the wavelet analysis of signals of the secondary current for research and control of the electron-beam welding

Research results of signals of the secondary current in the plasma at the electron-beam welding are covered by means of the wavelet analysis. By means of the discrete wavelet transform it is established that the energy of the signal at the electron-beam welding of 2 to 12 kW in power in the high-frequency area is generally concentrated in the frequency range of 8 to 63 kHz. The dependence of coefficients of detail on the unit power of welding is researched.

Operability assessment of pump plungers used in presses of different purposes is covered. Cavitation and erosion effect on plunger short life is show up. Efficiency of surfacing for restoration and manufacturing new plungers is proved.

Krivonosova Ye. A., Sinkina Ye. A., Gorchakov A. I. — Influence of a type of electrode coating on the corrosion resistance of the weld metal of steel 08Х18Н10Т

Results of the metallographic analysis of the surface of corrosion fracture as well as stress corrosion test of the 08Х18Н10Т steel specimens formed by electrode welding with basis and rutile coatings. Corrosion fracture mechanism is examined. Dependence of tendency to corrosion cracking of the weld metal on the composition of the electrode coating is established.

Tsumarev Yu. A., Kulikov Yu. P., Radchenko A. A. — Suggestions for changing standards into structural elements of welded joints

Analysis of the basic provisions of GOST 14771—76 and 5264—80 concerning the consumption of resources which are necessary for formation of welded joints is carried out. It is showed that some provisions of given standards do not correspond well to the principle of minimization of the consumption of resources. Suggestions for correction of the provisions of GOST 14771—76 and 5264—80 are introduced.
