Specimens of cleaning, degreasing, washing process equipment created recently, well-tested or still tested at the enterprises of rocket and space industry are considered. The equipment is intended for treating components and assembly units of rocket and space machinery using ozone saving and safe-for-ozone solvents. Samples of solvent afterpurification equipment in the as-received condition and of used contaminated solvent recovery equipment for reutilization are also covered.

Naydich Yu. V., Gab I. I., Kostyuk B. D., Stetsyuk T. V. — Dispersion and coagulation kinetics at annealing silver nanofilms applied to oxide materials
Research results of dispersion kinetics followed by coagulation at annealing silver nanofilms 50—150 nm thick, applied to sample surfaces from alumina ceramics, silica glass and sapphire are covered. Film dispersion and coagulation kinetic dependences on annealing temperature and time are determined. Metallic nanofilms’ fragmentation causes are considered. It is proved that coagulation process of metallic film drops at annealing is similar to the particle sintering process in the theory of powder metallurgy and may be described by the same equations.

Potiomkin G. V., Demidenko V. V. — Application of hardening deposition hybrid technology for components from structural steel
Data on hybrid technology use at an experimental-industrial complex is covered. Wear-resistant coatings deposited on pump components and annular mills by ion-beam treatment of the basic surface and of sputtered sublayer by compound ion beam and vacuum-arc deposition of Ti-N-coatings. Investigation results of the element and structure-and-phase composition are presented, as well as wearing test of the modified specimens.

Is represented the construction of device for cleaning of the column of the pump and compressor pipes of the oil wells, equipped with centrifugal electric pumps, from parafmosmoloobrazovaniy. Are developed the working drawings of this device, which include two extensible scrapers and weighting compounds.

Semionov M. Yu., Ryzhov N. M. — Numerical methods use to analyse gearing heat processes
With the view of estimating gearing stable heat behaviour a heat problem is numerically solved with regard for frictional capability and heat transfer. Comparison of the obtained data and flash temperature calculation data by the well-known methods, as well as experimental data showed a satisfactory development model adequacy. Application of the suggested approach to EP quality estimation of the gear hardened surface layers is substantiated.

Yegorov O. D. — Structural analysis of lever motions
Determination procedure of the redundant constraint number and closed circuit redundant mobility number for both planar and spatial mechanisms is described, as well as determination procedure of mobility degree number of the whole mechanism. Conventional graphic icons for motion degrees are developed, and their distinction from kinematic pairs is shown.

Dependence of wedge member work surface volume (mass) on the part dimensions and template accuracy is established. Volume relative error of the wedge member dependant on the cone vertex angle of inclination is an error of the contour follower.
