A complex of requirements is developed, to which the uninterrupted method of deformative nanostructuring must satisfy in order to be effectively integrated into the process of wire production. A possibility of forming ultra-fine-grained structure of carbon steels 20 and 45 by the method of equal-ported angular broach is shown. A feasibility of combining processes of multiple equal-ported angular broach and standard drawing is proved.

Ivanov A. I., Vasin A. N., Iznairov B. M. — Kinematic parameters of centerless superfinishing of hollow spheres

Is considered the kinematics of the process of finishing of hollow balls way superfinishing with their movement in the zone of cutting transport profiled rolls. Analyzes the relationship between the angle of inclination of the instantaneous axis of rotation of the ball with the angle profile grooves shaped swath and its location (symmetry). It is shown that in the considered scheme of processing of hollow balls abrasive bars rotation of the ball is happening around the instantaneous axis position which the space is determined by the geometrical parameters of the V-shaped helical grooves performed by one or both of transporting rolls and the magnitude of the angular velocity of the ball depends on the size of the angle of inclination of the instantaneous axis.

Nosova I. V., Shumyacher V. M. — The effect of physicochemical reactions in the abrasive grain–metal contact on the grinding factors

The experimental research results of chemical and physical processes in the contact abrasive grain—metal having quite favourable conditions for chemical reactions between the environment and the metal being processed in the result continuous chemically pure metal surfaces’ formation are represented.

Fedoseyenko N. I., Duganov V. Ya. — Effect of process-dependent parameters and mechanical properties of material on permanent deformation

Research results of widespread deformation processes, i.e. parallel holes internal roll burnishing, plane roll-forming and shaft running are covered.

Guerasimova O. V., Guerasimov V. Ya., Paryshev D. N. — Strain-hardening effect of a contact surface of deposited steel cylinders

The comparison is made for the strengthening effect on neighbored surfaces of the settled cylinders. At the example of the steel 20 the extreme change is determined for the metal electrical conductivity at the butts of the deformed work pieces with the minimum values at the utmost grade of the compression deformation from 0,5 (annealed metal) up to 0,63 (calibrated steel).

Lazarev D. Ye., Nasad T. G. — Cutting capacity improvement at machine working of precise holes

The design of cutting tools was analyzed. The objective of the development is improving of the quality and productivity of precision holes machining. The following tools were developed: tool for boring deep holes, boring tool with several cutters and boring tool with two cutters. The advantages of the proposed cutting tools were defined, analysis of precision holes processing was carried out.

Zverintseva L. V., Kochkina G. V. — Fabrication method of elastic diamond polishing tool

Methods of manufacturing tool elastic base from molding polyurethane, which consists of two components: urethane oligomer and quamine are considered. Work processes of obtaining polyurethane tool and charging its base are offered. Results of elasticity, hardness, abrasive ability, wear resistance, and water resistance tests of the elastic diamond tool are covered.

Bulavin I. A., Grouzdev A. Yu., Budykin A. V. — Improvement of machining attachments for carrying out racers force-fit connections of race ways in car reduction units

Constructive options of industrial equipment for performance of pressovy connections of external and internal rings of bearings according to the case and shaft are given in reducers of cars. Justification of constructive decisions taking into account theoretical schemes of basings of connected details before assembly and technical requirements on accuracy of a relative positioning of rings of bearings after final assembly is given. Constructive decisions for performance of pressovy connections with the guaranteed tightness for other details of a reducer are provided.

Higher turbine discs metal quality requirements, high cost of the discs, as well as jumbo geometry and awkward shape put forward the necessity of applying procedures and means of ultrasonic check of the disc blanks with minimum stock.

Boykachev V. N. — Quality maintenance of spacecraft radio-electronic equipment considering electromagnetic compatibility characteristic

The present-day maxims and approaches to quality ensuring of spacecraft radio-electronic equipment (SC REE) considering electromagnetic compatibility characteristic (EMCC) are covered. Technical efficiency and economic expediency of providing SC REE with EMCC is shown. A programme of fulfilling the requirements of EMCC when designing an on-board digital computer and a computer control system is suggested. Recommendations on application of a wide spectrum of general and auxiliary methods and protective equipment, a flow chart of the product engineering analysis organization, from which a programme of preliminary product test is ensued, are given. Necessity and mainstream of further tool test updating are shown; in the first place it is special test-programmes allowing to show up peak levels of the EMCC characteristic.

The article considered the task of optimal facility layout for minimizing stream supply on the production floor. For this task metaheuristic ant colony method with a local improvement algorithm is used, which along with genetic algorithms, connections calculations and others are classified as calculations naturally occurring in nature.
