Miychenko I. P., Bukharov S. V., Stankoy M.A. — Oxide fiberfill nature effect on the imide matrices formation processes of alicyclic polyimides

The article presents research results of the effect of oxide fillers, both glass and basaltic, on the oligoimide and cellular polyimide formation processes from the mixture of imide-forming monomers on the filler surface. Viscoelastic, kinetic and thermomechanical behaviour of such binding agents as AПИ-3 and AПИ-3T based on glass and basaltic fibre fills has been examined. Temperature-time characteristic of imidization (in-process stock) and solidification (product forming) were identified.

The prospects for use of the upgraded milling machines for gear cutting of cylindrical gears in modern production are considered. High-performance gear cutting methods by cutter heads are analyzed. We established a possibility of miller rigging by a rolling-separatory device to implement gear cutting process by the technique of rolling gear broaching.

The currency of the further perfection of the welding technology of oil and gas equipment made of materials with good weldability (low-alloyed steel) and working under conditions of the considerable temperature difference of the environment is proved. The possibility to improve the reliability indexes of oil and gas equipment made of low-alloyed steel is shown on basis of the data of the microstructural analysis, the impact bending tests of specimens at different temperatures and the determination of residual stress level of the third kind.

Buynosov A. P., Tikhonov V. A. — Application of tribological composition to reduce wear rate of wheel pairs ridges of electric rolling-stock and rails

In article results of the comparative analysis of wear process to-wood steam of electric locomotives ЧС2, ЧС7, ВЛ10 and ВЛ11, electric trains ЭР1, ЭР2 and ЭT2 are resulted. Bandages of wheel pairs the first control group of a rolling stock were exposed to processing триботехническим structure NIOD, for the second control group technical solutions of a problem of wear process of the bandages, applied on a network of the railways were used now. On the basis of methods of the theory of probability and the mathematical statistics, proceeding from criterion of the maximum resource of bandages of wheel pairs before turning for electric locomotives ЧС2 and ЧС7, electric trains ЭР1, ЭР2 and ЭT2 application tribotechnical structure has allowed to increase a resource before turning to 2,41 times.
