Zlokazov M. V., Korotkov V. A. — Influence of plasma hardening on the wear resistance and structure of steel 7H3

The article shows that the serial facility UDG3-200 application for plasma hardening via an reverse polarity arc creates on steel 7H3 hardened layer with thickness of 0,70...1,25 mm, the surface hardness of HRC 57—64, gradually decreasing with distance from surface. The wear resistance of steel 7H3 at plasma hardening is not inferior to wear resistance at volumetric hardening to 52 HRC, and does not depend from the steel state before plasma hardening: volumetric hardening to 62 HRC or normalization (HRC 28). This gives grounds for dies manufacturing cost reducing, replacing their effortful volumetric hardening with tempering to plasma hardening.

Exploring cylindricity and concentricity restoration of the details in the form of a truncated cone at the rotary processing, the rough waviness origin is determined. Its size is determined by the linear distortion of the workpiece normal sections, on the grounds of the cutting blade curvature radius of a rotary bowl.

Allenov D. G. — Investigation of the cutting edge wear influence on the surface roughness

The dependence of the purity of the forming surface of the tool wear values was consider. We showed the evaluation results of influence of the surface roughness on the parameters of vibroacoustic signal. There are variants of monitoring tool wear at the machine on parameters of vibroacoustic signal.

Tolochko N. K., Sergeev K. L. — Filtering of the lubrication-coolimg liquid through the ferromagnetic abrasive powder in the process of magnetic-abrasive processing

The experimental simulation of oil-water cutting emulsion filtering through fer-romagnetic abrasive powder under magnetic abrasive machining conditions is carried out. The changes of oil phase bulk concentration and oil droplet size due to filtering as well as filtering duration depending on emulsion dispersity are investigated. The possible causes of experimenial results obtained are considered.

The article deals with the methodology of determining the characteristics of the component parts of the technological dimensional chain through discrete visualization of changes of each part within its accuracy and visual estimation of this change on changing operation of the closing link when calculating equations on max/min.

Brovman M. Ya. — The blanks bend deformation in roller bending machines

Processes of bending billets at roll machines are often used for straightening, increase of exactness sheets and rolled sections and for ensure necessary curvature by producing tubes and bushings. Features of deformation process at devices with rolls are considered and possibility of two regimes of elastoplastic deformation is shown.

MACHINE-TOOL AND CUTTING TOOLS PRODUCTION

Afanaseva L. E., Barabonova I. A., Ratkevich G. V. — The efficiency increasing of builded tool manufacturing technology by means of gas-laser cutting

Influence research of the gas-laser cutting on the structure forming and micro-hardness distribution of the builded-up high-speed steel R2M8 were carried out through the use of the optical metallography methods, scanning electron microscopy and X-ray microanalysis. It is shown that hardened layer of depth of 120 micron depth arises in the process of the gas-laser cutting builded-up HSS. Structure of the phase fine conglomerate was formed at a depth of 40 mm from the slice surface in the place of the eutectic formation, which is a prerequisite for significant improvements in structure-sensitive properties of the steel in this area. To eliminate residual austenite and passing processes of dispersion hardening in the zone of laser action is recommended to cold treatment and subsequent laser tempering. Gas-laser cutting can be successfully used as a dividing and hardening processing at the builded-up tools manufacturing, increasing energy and resource efficiency technologies.

The design and operation of the new generation diffusion welding facility UDV-3501 are considered.
The facility provides a various combinations of the metallic and nonmetallic materials joining in a vacuum more than 10–5 Torr. The maximum welding temperature is 1300 °C, welding pressure to 50 000 kgf. UDV works in both automatic and manual control modes.

Korenev V. N. — Improvement of technology and equipment for bimetallic slide bearing manufacturing

The technology and equipment for manufacturing of friction bimetallic bearing are developed what allows to decrease the cost because of economy of bronze base metal at bearing high performance, to increase adhesive strength of evaporated layer with a basis and fatigue strength of details due to extension of a contact and supporting surfaces of the basis, to simplify knurling head replacement, to exclude additional adjustments and also to simplify details processing in remote places.

Oleynik B. D., Vinokurov N. V., Bacheva A. V. — The sample for the determination of residual stresses in the turbine engine blades and the technology of its manufacture

V-shaped sample of the new form and geometry was developed, it can be used to determine the tangential residual stresses in the edge of the blade with the radius R = 1...3 mm or more. The sample has improved metrological system with two extenders and five geometric parameters. The manufacturing stages of a sample using modern electroerosion technologies are given.

AUTOMATION OF THE TECHNOLOGY PROCESS TECHNOLOGY AND PRODUCTION, CAD

Moskvin V. K. — Productivity increasing of industrial robot at the automation of "loading—unloading" operations in CNC machine tools

Questions of automation of loading and unloading operations in the CNC through the use of industrial robots. It was noted that a significant impact on the quality of the functioning of the robot provides the drive. For the manipulation of large masses of products most preferred is the linear electrohydraulic stepper drive. With this in mind, the article presents the design and hydraulic circuits of the drive. On the basis of the design scheme drawn up supplies and built a system of equations graphically all the static characteristics of the drive. Methods of study of static characteristics to identify their influence on the output parameters of a robot drive. Compiled and graphically constructed a generalized static characteristic indicating the test zones. Analyzed the interaction parameters of the drive. Presents the findings of the work done.
