Shchetanov B. V., Efimochkin I.Yu., Kuptsov R. S., Dvoretskov R. M. — Investigation of interphase boundaries in КМ with Nb matrix with protective coating reinforced with monocrystalline fibers α-Al2O3CW

The interaction between the Nb and single crystal fiber of α-Al2O3 was investigated at next phase interfaces: fiber-coating and coating-matrix. It was found that high-temperature (1300 °C) flexural strength of CM, reinforced with fibers with coated W is 1,8 times higher than that of the matrix.

SHAPING TECHNOLOGY

Kim V. A., Otryaskina T. A. — Study finished surface roughness through the use of a Fourier transformation

At cutting of metals by one of the major indicators of quality of the processed surface the roughness is. The roughness of the processed surface is defined by physicomechanical properties of a processed material and machining modes. It bears the information on all processes accompanying cutting. In work by means of the Fure-analysis the mechanism of formation of a roughness of a surface was investigated at turning processing. The comparative analysis of Fure-spectra allows to allocate four characteristic frequency areas reflecting four scale levels of a roughness which presence does not depend on a kind of a processed material, and allows to define influence of various factors of process of cutting on a roughness.

Gubanov V. F. — Statistical adjustment of the burnishing process quality

The article discusses the use of quality statistical adjustment of the burnishing process, which allows to detect the negative trends and the process regularity. It gives an opportunity to establish the causes of the burnishing process instability and realize measures for its elimination. It ensures the specified quality of the surface layer parameters for parts burnished surfaces. The percentage of defective parts is reduced to 7,2 % and in case of burnishing with the special tool — up to 3,8 %.

RECEIPT TECHNOLOGY OF THE PERMANENT CONNECTIONS

Semenov V. N., Kulik V. I. — Investigation of the cracks formation mechanism in the age-hardenable heat-resistant alloys in the welding process of the liquid rocket engines designs

The article deals with the nature of the cracks in large workpieces made of precipitation-hardening alloys based on nickel—chromium during the welding. A feature of the alloys is their tendency to change the mechanical properties during the heating process. Sudden loss of plasticity and the appearance of stress raiser cause cracking in the heat-affected zone (HAZ) alloys or in the weld. Studies and technological approaches were developed to prevent cracking of alloys during welding.

Tolkachev A. A., Denisov V. I., Matyushkin B. A. — Wear resistance increase of diesel engine cylinder sleeves

Arc spraying diesel engine cylinder liner inserts non-ferrous metals, which allows to improve the lubricating properties of the friction surface, as evidenced by a decrease in the rate of wear is the most promising way to increase the wear resistance of the part.
Key words: arc spraying, diesel internal combustion engine, cylinder liner, wear-resistance

SPECIAL TECHNOLOGIES

Petrov S.Yu., Kokorin R. V., Baban S. M. — Using approaches of the surface engineering to wear resistance increase of the rolling stock wheels

Approaches are considered and methods of the surface engineering modifying are analyzed. Influence of the wear properties alternations on the wheel flanges wear of rolling stock is justified. The received theoretical results are confirmed experimentally during hardening and measurement of rail RA2 buses wheels.

METHODS OF CONTROL AND DIAGNOSTICS

Mishchenko V. P., Kalinin A. V. — TOFD applicaton on a flaw measurements in welded seams of nuclear rower objects

Main principles and advantages of TOFD method application are considered in the article. TOFD method is regarded as an advanced NDT technology for quantitative characteristic definition of defects. The NDT equipment (scanners, ultrasonic flaw detectors) manufactured by NPP "Prompribor" for TOFD method realization is described. The equipment software enables defect sizes to be measured to high-precision.

MATHEMATICAL MODELING, NUMERICAL METHODS, PROGRAM COMPLEXES

Korolev A. V., Balaev A. F. — Modeling of the vibromechanic relaxation mechanism of residual stresses of long parts

Mathematical modeling of residual stress relaxation mechanism under cyclic loading of long items is performed. It is obtained a functional dependence of the long parts vibromechanic processing time, required for complete relaxation of residual stresses, from the part physical-mechanical and geometric parameters, the maximum limiting bending stress, yield stress and oscillation frequency. According to the computer simulation results carried out on the basis of the developed mathematical model, graphs are obtained showing the high-quality connection of the required for vibromechanic processing, the oscillation frequency, magnitude of maximum and residual stresses.
